You can travel faster than the speed of light through the vacuum of space
(but not in a planetary atmosphere). You can fly at light speed at rank 1, crossing
one light year per year. Each additional rank moves you one step up the
Time and Value Progression Table. So rank 2 allows you to travel twice
the speed of light, then five times, and so forth. This effect does not provide
protection from the rigors of outer space (for that, see Immunity, page 89).
