This power protects you from mental effects. You automatically succeed
on Will saves against any mental effect with a save DC modifier less than
your Mind Shield rank. It also gives you a +1 bonus per power rank on
Will saves against mental effects. This bonus is subject to the normal
power level limits on saving throw bonuses.
