Kampos is a small village close to the beach, some 20 kilometers down south from Kisamos in the extreme west of the island.
Some people will pass it on the way from Kissamos down south if they want to visit the Chrisoskalistissa Monastery or the beach at Elafonisi. Just before the entrance of the village (when heading towards it from the south side) there is a sign pointing towards a Byzantine church. They don't mention the distance though. We walked on it for quite a while and saw some churches in the distance but never the Byzantine one. After a while we gave up and headed back.
