There are several villages with the name Agios Konstantinos on the island of Crete. The one you see here is the Agios Konstantinos which is a few kilometers southeast of te town of Neapoli (there is another one closeby in the Lassithi Plain).
This quiet traditional Cretan village makes a bit a "messy" impression, and there is clutter on some places. There are small stone houses with little gardens where the inhabitants grow their vegetables. Agios Konstantinos is surrounded by olive groves.
When leaving Agios Konstantinos in the direction of Neapoli you will drive through a beautiful landscape. Just around the corner of the village towards Neapoli you will see an number of old stone windmills on a hill.
Because of the wind here the birds of prey also like this place.
