The small village of Dories is located just northeast of Neapoli on the route to the monastery Aretiou, that dates from the sixteenth century. In the village stands the church of Agios Konstantinos in which an icon of the Virgin Mary from the 14th century is kept (as far as known it is the oldest of the island). It is a very quiet and small village with a square with a kafenion. There are fruit trees in the village and nearby is what looks like some kind of water reservoir(?).
