The Minoan Villa of Sklavokambos or Sklavokampos on Crete

The Minoan villa od Sklavokambos (sometimes spelled as Sklavokampos) is situated south west of the capital Heraklion on the route from Heraklion to - Gazi - Tylissos - Sklavokambos - Gonies - Anogia. The Minoan Villa is not far from the village of Tylissos. There used to be a Minoan village here. Now only the villa can be seen. Inside the villa sevaral objects have been found. Sklavokambos is not a really impressive site, but why not take a look at is if you drive past it anyways on your way to for instance Angogia? It is nice to walk through the site and realise that it is 1000's of years old.
