Description
Niaouli essential oil is extracted from Melaleuca viridiflora (a.k.a. Melaleuca quinquenervia) from the Myrtaceae family.

Therapeutic Properties
Niaouli oil's therapeutic properties include anlagesic, anti-rheumatic, antiseptic, balsamic, decongestant, expectorant, insecticide, stimulant and vermifuge.
Uses
Niaouli essential assists with concentration and clears the head. It fortifies the body helping to fight infections like colds, fevers, flu, chest infections, bronchitis, TB, pheumonia, asthma, sinusitis, sore throats, catarrh, laryngitis and whooping cough.
This oil is also useful against enteritis, dysentery, intestinal parasites, cystitis and urinary tract infections. It alleviates pain from rheumatism and neuralgia.
Niaouli is also used as a disinfectant and can be used on wounds, ulcers, acne, blemishes, boils, burns, cuts, bites and oily skin.
