Ginger il is extracted from Zingiberaceae officinale of the Zingiberacae family. It is also referred to as Common or Jamaica Ginger.

 

Precautions

 

Ginger essential oil is non-irritating and non-toxic (except in high concentrations) but could cause skin irritations for those with sensitive skin. It can also cause sun sensitivity.
