Name: "Harry Georgatos "SNAKE EYES and MISSION IMPOSSIBLE technically feel like DePalma's most complex work camera wise with MISSION TO MARS not far behind. What DePalma does with the camera is state of the art that Spielberg would take to another level with MINORITY REPORT. The Gods POV of the hotel rooms from above looking down is probably the most astonishing camera setup in movies history. SNAKE EYES technically is as ambitious as it gets. The alternative ending to SNAKE EYES can be found online and would have looked impressive on a big screen. I love SNAKE EYES as the film feels like a chess game with the positioning of characters and the shifting POV's. Best DePalma split screen since CARRIE.

Name: "Harry Georgatos "When I watch FEMME FATALE I would also watch PASSION afterwards. The perfect DePalma double bill. Both films are rich in visual design and lesbians throughout. The other double bill would be MISSION IMPOSSIBLE and SNAKE EYES plus SCARFACE and CARLITOS WAY. A tough DePalma double bill to stomach would be CASUALTIES OF WAR and REDACTED with shot of whiskey.
