Average Sized
Penis What is an
averaged-sized penis? How can you tell if your penis is larger
or smaller than most men? What is “average” anyway? In
general, an average erect penis is 5 to 6 inches long (12.7 to
15.25 centimeters) and the average non-erect penis is 3 to 4
inches long (7.6 to 11.4 centimeters). The average girth
(circumference) is 4.5 to 5.5 inches when measured erect at
mid-shaft.
Measuring Your Penis
In order to track your progress on ThePenisEnvy.com
program, it’s a good idea to measure yourself before you
begin. Don’t worry about how large or small it may be; don’t
fudge the numbers to be larger or smaller than they are. Take
an accurate measurement of your penis--length and girth, erect
and flaccid (not erect).
To measure the length of your penis while it’s erect,
stand up and hold your erection horizontally in front of you.
Press the ruler against your public bone and measure the
length of your penis, from your torso to the penile head.
If you’d rather, you can also measure your erect length
without having an erection like this: grab hold of either side
of the penis head and pull out the penis as far as it can go.
Shift your weight and angle until you achieve the same
measurement as you do while your penis is erect. Make a note
of this position and use it every time you measure your
penis--it should be the same measurement as your
erection.
To measure the girth of your penis while it’s erect,
wrap a measuring tape around the middle of your shaft (halfway
down the middle of your penis).
To measure the length and girth of your non-erect
penis, it’s best to take many measurements. Since the penis is
a skittish critter, it’s best to measure when it’s hot and
cold, before and after exercising, before and after urinating,
etc. Ensure an unbiased measurement by averaging all
measurements.
Another way to track your progress is by visually
comparing your penis to other objects--is it as long as your
toothbrush? Thick as a toilet paper tube? Look at your penis
in the mirror and contrast its size to an object nearby. Use
the same object every time in order to observe your
success. |
