It may
be tempting to skip this section if you’ve never tried
visualization techniques before—don’t. Practicing
visualization will strengthen the effects of your workout and
help you gain self-knowledge and confidence. Visualization
techniques will enhance your exercises and promote optimal
health for your penis and the rest of your body.
Choose
any exercise you would normally do as part of your workout and
practice visualization during your sets. For example, if you
choose to practice while jelquing, concentrate on the blood
flowing into your penis and traveling downward to the head.
Close your eyes and imagine how you want your penis to grow,
where you want it to stretch and expand. If you choose to
practice during a set of PC Flexes, focus on tightening your
PC muscle. Envision the muscle strong and tight. Visualize
your goals in your “mind’s eye” and achieve them in your
physical body.
Breathing
Techniques
Another
way to enhance your workout is to apply breathing techniques
throughout. Focus on breathing deeply, filling your lungs
completely. If you feel light-headed, take smaller breaths for
a time. Try timing your breaths to the exercises you do,
breathing in and out to aid in the effectiveness of each
movement. Before long your body will act in unison and your
workouts will become more manageable.
Beyond
your penile workout, breathing fresh air in deeply and slowly
can benefit your overall health. Deliberate breathing helps
carry oxygen to your brain and aids in circulation; you will
gain mental clarity and control by practicing breathing
exercises.
For the
fullest benefit, find a quiet place where you won’t be
disturbed. Close your eyes and wipe your mind of all thoughts.
Visualize any problems you might have slipping away and enjoy
the peace that comes with quieting your mind. Don’t worry
about clearing all thoughts from your mind at once, it takes
practice to control your thinking and even small amounts of
time with a clear mind will be valuable.
Breathe
deeply, filling your lungs and holding in air for a second.
Breathe out fully and visualize your stress leaving with your
exhaled air. If possible, learn to breathe in with your nose
and out through your mouth to allow your body a complete whole
air cycle—this will bring even more oxygen and allow
respiratory purification. Take as much time as you wish to
breathe deeply and relax. Make time to enhance your mental
health as well.
