Combating
Premature Ejaculation Premature
ejaculation is very common problem that can be prevented.
Caused by over-excitement, premature ejaculation occurs
when a man ejaculates too early in a sexual situation. Thus,
premature ejaculation is cured when you’re able to train your
body to stave orgasm until the time you desire to have one.
First, begin in masturbation, sexual intercourse or any other
activity that often ends in orgasm for you. Focus on what
you’re feeling and notice the waves of excitement that course
through your body. When you feel you’re close to the point of
orgasm, stop completely. Pull away, stop touching, think about
something else. Wait until you have stopped your orgasm and
have begun to lose your erection. Then begin again and repeat
the process two more times. After the third time, allow
yourself to ejaculate and enjoy. You have begun training your
body to last longer and, with daily practice, you
will.
If you’re not keen on training your body to
procrastinate an orgasm, you may want to try another method.
As we know, men have a refractory period after an orgasm when
it’s more difficult to have another. Use this to your
advantage by giving yourself an orgasm prior to having
sex—have an orgasm in private before a date, with your lover
before you have intercourse, or anytime before your sexual
situation. Then, once you’re with your partner it will
naturally take you longer to climax, provided that both
orgasms are within a few hours of each other. Remember to wait
long enough after the first orgasm, however, to allow time for
the penis to be able to become erect again.
