a Split Routine
Perform
your split routine in the same manner as you would if you
would do all exercises in one sitting, but reduce the number
of repetitions for each set. For example, if you normally do
25 to 30 minutes of jelquing, do 5 minutes of jelquing 5 times
per day. Try to do some form of warm-up and cool-down, though
you don’t need a full session as these mini-sessions will
cause minimal stress to your penis.
Consider
using your morning or evening shower as a perfect time to 5 to
10 minutes of exercise. Fit workouts in while you watch TV—it
may help time pass faster. Exercise while you read in bed; do
PC flexes anytime, anywhere.
