BACKGROUND

Once thought to be a Lizalfos, Draco has started to change. His legs are shrinking, yet he is getting taller. His tail is growing and he is growing horns. He was taught to use his Psychic abilities at the age of 10, yet he killed his teacher and now cannot fully develop his power. He was taught to use Ki by a Sayian-like person (who had a monkey like tail). Has a short temper, and is easily enraged. If he is enraged, he becomes a dragon and becomes psycho!
