Spencer vs Cassadine #1 June 14 - August 14, 1996 - 8 hours
This series covers the conflict and drama between the Spencers and Cassidines and contains the return of the Cassidines to Port Charles. The #1 in this series starts just after Laura has been acquitted of Damian's murder but they don't get any time to celebrate as Leslie Lu comes down with a very high fever. They rush her to the hospital and after extensive testing, Simone tells them that Lu has aplastic anemia and she needs a bone marrow transplant. The best option is a sibling which has a 25% chance of being a match. Unfortunately, Lucky is not a match and one by one as all of their friends and family are tested no one is a match. Luke and Laura are desperate for a bone donor donor. Bobbie tells them about the daughter she gave up for adoption and Luke begins searching for this new neice. Laura finally approaches Stefan to ask him to have her son, Nik, tested as a potential bone marrow donor. Laura is very relieved when he is a match and Lulu receives the transplant which is successful. Nik visits his new little sister in the hospital. Lucky is very upset to find a strange guy in his sister's room, he is even more shocked when Nik haughtily informs him that he his Lulu's brother and he saved her! Stefan and Nik move to Wyndemere, Luke heads to Greece to confront Helena, Laura loses it when Lulu is missing after Lucky had taken her from the hospital to protect her from the Cassidines. Spencer vs Cassadine #2 August 15 - October 14, 1996 - 8 hrs
The Spencer vs. Cassidine #2 edit contains with Nik/Lucky/Luke/Laura/Stefan's storyline. Laura tells Nik that Helena had her mother, Leslie Weber, killed. Luke pulls a gun on Nik and tells him to leave town. Nik sneaks into the Spencer's to say goodbye to LuLu, Lucky finds him there and they struggle. Nik falls down the stairs and hits his head and is rushed to GH. Laura later tells Nik that she can't see him anymore. General Hospital is cclosed, the BB King concert, Stefan and Laura's island flashbacks begin. Virgiina Benson, Carly's adoptive mother, shows Luke a more recent picture she found of her daughter, Caroline. The revealation that the picture identifies her as Carly is on the #3 edit as the aftermath of Luke's discovery is contained. This edit contains all of the Luke, Laura, Lucky, Nik, Stefan scenes. Spencer vs. Cassadine #3 October 14 – December 27, 1996 – 12 hours on three 4 hour dvds
When I did the Cassidine vs. Spencer #1-3 new master dvds, I wound up adding additional scenes along the way. This resulted in my adding an extra dvd to this portion of the series, a new Cassidine vs. Spencer #3C dvd. So the Cassidine vs. Spencer #3C is now a 12 hour edit on three 4 hour dvds. This edit continues with Stefan's plotting. Just as he has agreed to leave town, he has arranged the financial downfall of GH and forces Laura to ask him to stay and loan the institution the money it needs to stay open. Luke learns that Carly is actually Bobbie's daughter, Caroline. Bobbie has discovered Carly in bed with her husband. When Luke arrives at the brownstone, he tells the devastated Bobbie that her daughter is dead (to avoid her learning that it was her daughter who slept with her husband). He then confronts Carly and tells her that Caroline is dead, and then heads back to the brownstone and finds Stefan has conveniently arrived to take Bobbie in his arms. Just as Nik & Stefan are going to leave town, Stefan arranges a financial crisis at GH and Laura has no choice but to ask him to stay and bail out GH. Luke & Laura stage a fight, Luke plants drugs on Nik (its really candy), Stefan continues to pursue Bobbie and when she flys to the Dominican Republic to get a divorce, he follows her there and they sleep together. Lucky plays Timoria with Stefan and leads to him getting trapped in quicksand in the bog. Laura desperately searches for her son and calls Stefan for help. He winds getting caught in the bog himself and Luke is forced to rescue Stefan as well as Lucky. Stefan continues to romance Bobbie and marries her towards the end of the edit. L&L realize that Stefan is behind the game and play it to find out what the ultimate goal is. Laura figures out that Lady Manguard is an anagram for grandma and suggests that it could mean Leslie is still alive! We see Leslie's face for the first time, she is alive! I also included all of L&L's 15th anniversary episode with all of the flashbacks. This is followed by the Twist of Fate primetime scenes with Laura's funeral, Nik mourning at her grave, Luke, Laura, and Leslie leave town, as Stefan shoots Kat at Wyndemere. Spencer vs Cassadine #4 December 27, 1996 - April 2, 1997 - 7 hrs 45 mins
This edit cover's New Year's Eve, Laura's return from the dead (about 30 minutes into this edit), and she brings Leslie back with her! More Greek flashbacks as Stefan grieves for Laura, Bobbie sees Laura is alive and confronts her. At GH, they are having a dedication to Laura and to Leslie and Laura shows! The town is shocked to learn she is alive and her death had been faked, Bobbie confronts Luke, Leslie begins her recooperation, Laura takes Leslie to Switzerland, Emily kisses Nik, Tony rescues Bobbie from a burning building. During the month of Jan, 1997 when the Spencer's were off screen I choose not to include all of the Stefan and Nik scenes as they were mostly centered around Katherine and didn't seem to fit on the Cassidine vs. Spencer series. So on the #4 I did not include all of Stefan and all of Nik as their storylines all started to take slightly separate paths. A lot of scenes with Kat that really got away from the whole Spencer vs. Cassidine drama and I felt those would be better on a Stefan & Kat edit (sorry but I don't have this to offer). I did include all of Laura's scenes, all of Luke, Lucky, and a LOT of Stefan and Nik. I skipped some Stefan and Bobbie during this time frame, I also skipped some of Stefan and Nik when they were with Kat and I tried to keep the focus on the Spencers and Cassidines and their relationships with each other. Spencer vs Cassadine #5 April 3 - June 30, 1997 - 8 hrs
I finally completed the Spencer vs. Cassadine tape #5. Many of you may remember that I got to a section of my original edits which lasts from May-July, 1997 where these episodes have a slight buzz in the background, some episodes are worse than others. So for that reason I stopped editing on this tape when I got to the May, 97 episodes. However, many people over the past year asked me to continue this series. I was fortunate though that a friend gave me her original tapes from this time frame. I think the video quality is better on my episodes, while the sound quality is usually better on the tapes during this time frame that I was given...so editing this took longer as I would go back and forth between the two sets of tapes checking the episodes to see which would record better, some scenes will look and sound better than others but it is all highly watchable.
During this time frame Laura is still in Switzerland so not a lot of L&L together, there is a lot of Stefan & Bobbie, lot of Luke with Bobbie, Alexis has some great scenes with Luke, and with Stefan, some Nik, some Lucky (though he isn't on this tape as much), and a very little Laura (Genie must have been on maternity leave). I didn't include a lot of Katherine, so there is very little Kat & Stefan together, very little if any of Nik & Kat. Bobbie gets a clue about Stefan's interest in Kat, and his Faberge Egg plan, culminating in her teaming up with Luke, getting busted by Stefan for spying on him, and him throwing her out. Some cute stuff as Lucky meets Sarah Webber and his crush on her begins...a great NB sequence when Luke & Bobbie do the disco dance sequence. Click here to read the full edit description.

Spencer vs Cassadine #6 June 30 - November 10, 1997 - 7 hrs 57 mins
This edit contains the conclusion of Stefan throwing Bobbie out. Genie is still on maternity leave so Laura is not on this tape. There is a lot of good stuff between Luke & Stefan as the Faberge Egg/computer virus story draws to an end. Also includes all of Lucky's scenes up to August 1st (from that point on all of his scenes are contained on the Liz and Lucky edits so they aren't duplicated here unless with Stefan or Luke). Then Tony Geary goes on vacation. During this time, the storyline becomes about Alexis conning Stefan into believing his beloved Katherine is actually his half sister, Natasha (who is really Alexis). She is of course doing this for his own good, but talk about devious! It was kinda of fun to see her scheming. Luke returns from vacation and starts to figure out something is going on. He pressures Kat to go to the cops with the info that Stefan is the one who shot her. She finally agrees that if he finds the gun she will. So he searches Wyndmere and finds evidence of Alexis dealings (that she has hidden away in a tunnel) which he leaves for Stefan to find. By the end, Stefan has caught onto Alexis's betrayal. Spencer vs Cassadine #7 November 10, 1997 - February 10, 1998 - 8 hrs
This edit picks up with Stefan confronting Alexis over her betrayal and throwing her out, he then reunites with Kat, Nik gets shot outside of Luke's club, and Helena returns to town. Laura is still off screen during this time, Luke has returned to and is trying to hide that Carly is Caroline (the daughter he told Bobbie had died), and sleuthing around till he finds out that Alexis is Natasha (Stefan's sister). Spencer vs Cassadine #8 July 13 - October 12, 1998 - 8 hrs
This edit contains all of Luke's scenes, all clips of Laura (lots of flashbacks but Genie still on maternity leave during this time frame). I also included the Stefan scenes as pertaining to Luke and Laura. I did not include all of the Stefan & Kat though towards the end of the edit I began including more of them as he proposes to her and they begin to plan the ball. I did not include the Robin & Nik scenes (Note: I have done the Jason & Robin edits which include all of the Nik & Robin scenes, and I have done all of the Liz and Lucky storyline on a separate edit series). I kept the focus on the Spencer vs. Cassidine conflict, which centers around Luke/Laura/Stefan/Helena and occasionally Lucky/Nik. This edit covers Liz's rape and the aftermath as Lucky takes her to the Spencers, Bobbie encourages Luke to tell Lucky about Laura's rape, Luke has flashbacks to Laura in the park after the rape, Stefan has flashbacks to him and Laura in Greece after Katherine gives him a bench, Nik tells Lucky that Luke raped Laura, a disbelieving Lucky investigates and is shocked to discover the truth, he confronts Luke and moves out. Helena returns to town and uses the estrangement between Luke and Lucky to get Lucky to work for her. Luke receives a portrait of Helena, which he hangs in his club, Nik tells Luke that Stefan has a portrait of Laura, Stefan proposes to Katherine and plans for the Bacchanalia Ball begin. Spencer vs Cassadine #9 May 20 - July 13, 1998 - 8 hrs
This is a big edit... it contains Laura's return, Stefan & Katherine's engagement party ...the Bacchanalia Ball (I included ALL of the balls scenes, pretty much two entire episodes without commercials of course). This is followed by Katherine falling to her supposed death from the parapet (that Luke and Alexis had loosened). The tool used is found in Stefan's possession and he is arrested for murder. I also included all of the Luke, Laura, Stefan, Nikolas scenes from the June primetime episode. I also included some key moments from the Nurse's Ball - the celebration montage, Lucky & Liz singing Jailhouse Rock with Taggert, the Aids story montage, and Ned & Emily singing Power to Believe, I also included Tony's rant as he directed it at the Cassidines. This is a full 8 hour original edit from my original episodes, the quality on both the #8 and #9 is going to be quite good. I included every Luke, every Laura scene (its WONDERFUL to have her back on screen), Stefan, and quite a bit of Nik's storyline as he was involved more with the Spencer vs. Cassidines during this time frame (previously he had more scenes with Robin and his whole storyline with Robin is included in the Robin & Jason edits, I also have already done all of the Liz and Lucky storyline separate so I did not include all of their scenes unless they were with Luke/Laura/Stefan/Helena). Spencer vs Cassadine #10 July 13 - October 12, 1998 - 8 hrs
This edit contains all of Luke’s scenes, all of Laura’s scenes. Included on this edit is Lulu’s birthday, Stefan’s trial and Kat’s return from the dead. Luke is furious when he finds out Laura and Stefan had a past sexual relationship. There is a lot of Stefan on this edit, as he and Laura talk about their relationship with more island flashbacks. The edit ends as Laura and Stefan kiss. There is also quite a bit of Nik, as more of his relationship with Laura is explored. There is not as much of Luke on this edit as this is around the time of his annual vacation. Click here to read the full edit description.

Spencer vs Cassadine #11 October 1 - December 23, 1998 - 8 hrs
This edit continues to cover all of Luke's scenes, and all of Laura's scenes during this time frame. There is also a lot of Stefan's scenes (with Nik, Bobbie, Kat, Laura, Luke) though not all of Stefan's separate scenes are included though I would say most of them. Luke is offscreen during the first 2 1/2 hours of this edit as Tony Geary takes his vacation. Laura and Stefan's history is explored more through additional Greek Island flashbacks to their earlier days. Stefan takes advantage of Luke leaving Laura, to begin pursuing "Lasha". There are several kisses, dinner, and they begin spending a lot of time together. So this is a good edit for the Stefan and Laura fans.
I included all of the scenes for Nik's birthday party, up through the end as Luke returns and stands gazing at Wyndemere. Luke kidnaps Lucky and takes him up to a cabin for several days, while Liz and Nik worry about his whereabouts. Luke's foot gets caught in a bear trap and as he writhes in agony, he has flashbacks to him and Laura over the years. Stefan hires Jerry to investigates Katherine's accident off the parapet (Luke caused by loosening the railing in an attempt to kill Helena). Luke has a great series of scenes first with Nik, then with Stefan on the 18th anniversary of Stavros' death. Luke doesn't quite spill the beans to Nik about Stefan being Nik's real father though he is very tempted to. Luke also has scenes with Alexis as they work together against Helena's latest plot. Luke discovers that Bobbie's latest boyfriend, Jerry Jacks, is working for Stefan. Kat remembers the night she fell off the parapet, remembers learning that Stefan is Nik's father. There is actually quite a bit of Nik on this edit, scenes with Stefan, Luke, Laura, and Lucky though of course not all of Nik's scenes. There is a bit of Lucky, with Laura, and with Luke while up in the cabin, but the best choice for the Lucky storyline during this time frame remains the Liz and Lucky edits (as those edits contain all of Lucky's scenes). Spencer vs Cassadine #12 December 23, 1998 - March 24, 1999 - 8 hr original edit
This edit begins as Luke leaves Laura and heads out of town (about :30 mins into the edit and returns about 1 1/2 hours later). Before he leaves, he tells Alexis that Stefan is Nik's father. Katherine tells Nik that Stefan is his father. Nik moves out and goes to stay with Lucky and tells him about Stefan being his father. Nik & Laura & Stefan deal with the revelation of his paternity. Alexis confronts Stefan and demands her rights as a Cassidine heir. Laura & Stefan renew their romantic relationship. Luke returns back to town and begins his plan to bring Stefan down. Stefan tries to keep Helena from learning the truth about Nik’s paternity as he fears for Nik's safety, but Alexis spills the truth. This edit also cover’s Ruby’s death and memorial. Luke takes over running Kelly’s with rather disasterous results. Luke is able to gain access to $200 million of Cassidine money and give it away to charities.
I included all of Laura's scenes, and all of Luke's scenes. There is quite a bit of Stefan on this edit as he becomes romantically involved with Laura, and as they deal with Nik finding out he is his father. I did not include the New Year’s Eve auction as neither Luke or Laura were there, I do have these two complete episodes on a separate dvd. I did not include any of the Katherine storyline. Spencer vs Cassidine #13 March 25 - May 27, 1999 - 8 hour original edit
This edit contains Luke acknowledging the anniversary of Robert’s death, just as Faison has returns to town and gloats over his lastest devious plot, Luke and Laura’s final scenes with Lucky (as played by Jonathan) as Lucky visits Laura one last time and they have a moving conversation. Then Luke & Lucky have a great conversation as they tell each other how much they admire and love each other. I included all of the of the fire and its heartbreaking aftermath as everyone finds out Lucky has died, as Luke and Laura try to deal with this impossible news, and then his funeral. Laura goes to the boxcar Lucky had lived in and imagines scenes from the future she thinks he will never have. After completely breaking the viewer’s heart with all of the emotional turmoil of his death, Lucky is revealed to be alive and Faison’s captive and he is in cahoots with Helena!
I included all of Luke’s scenes, all of Laura’s scenes, all of Faison, also all of Lucky’s scenes during captivity. There was not a lot of Stefan on this edit (he was backburnered in the aftermath of Lucky’s death, so this one is more about the Spencers), not a lot of Nik or Helena.
Tony Geary won Best Actor Emmy’s for both 1999 and 2000. Genie was not even nominated for her work for Lucky’s death! The scenes at the morgue alone as they go to identify his body agonizing, and then her complete devastation at the boxcar was simply brillant. Click here to read the full edit description.

Spencer vs Cassidine #14 May 28 - August 10, 1999 - 8 hour original edit
This edit contains Laura dealing with the aftermath of Lucky’s death and winds up in the hospital after a breakdown. Stefan takes her to his country estate to relax, she soon returns to work at GH. Faison is in town, doing diamond business with Luke as Heir Kleig. Faison and Helena are also working together, Helena has a stroke and winds up in a catatonic state. Stefan takes her to Wyndemere and enjoys making snarky digs that she is unable to respond to. Luke & Felicia in the search for the truth about the letters Edward wrote Lila. They wind up in the Quartermaine crypt in Oyster Bay, get trapped and Mac finally rescues them. Towards the end of the edit, Luke heads out of town. The last 40 minutes is pure Laura.
There is little Nik on this edit (Coltin takes over the role during the #14B time frame). There is a lot of Luke & Felicia, Laura & Stefan, Faison. Note, I did not include all of Faison’s scenes, there is a great confrontation with Mac and Felicia about Robert & Anna’s deaths and his involvement on separate episodes, not included on this edit. Spencer vs Cassidine #15 August 12 - November 5, 1999 - 8 hour edit on two 4 hr dvds
Faison is on this edit and has some great scenes with both Luke and Laura as they both become aware that Faison is in town and Luke learns that Heir Klieg is really Faison, the man responsible for killing Robert and Anna. Helena has been paralyzed by a poison that Stefan gave her. Faison sneaks in to give her the antidote and bring her back to life. Laura is furious to learn that Kat is pregnant and Nik plans to marry her! Faison wants his diamonds from Luke. Luke and Felicia take off for Mexico, Faison follows them there and Luke gives him cubic zirconas instead. They all return to PC and Faison goes after Luke. Roy returns from the dead just in time to save Luke from Faison. Luke and Roy team up once again (Roy, Luke’s best friend from 1979, is played by A Martinez). Kat taunts both Helena and Laura with her scheming to get Nik to marry her. The day of the wedding a blonde pushes her off the parapet to her death. Stefan confesses to the murder in order to protect Laura, though he believes Helena really murdered her (and finds evidence of a blond wig in the tunnel).
Laura goes to North Carolina about 40 minutes into this edit. Luke returns from vacation on September 8th, about an hour into this edit. During the timeframe that L&L are off the show, I did not include all of the Stefan & Nik & Kat, that was mostly drama about Kat trying to manipulate Nik into marrying her. I continued to include every Luke and every Laura scene, though they did not have a lot of scenes together. There is a lot of Luke on this edit, with Felicia, Faison, and Roy. Laura’s storyline is with Stefan, and Faison is in cahoots with Helena. Click here to read the full edit description.

Spencer vs Cassidine #16 November 8, 1999 - January 12, 2000 - 8 hour edit
This edit includes every Luke, every Laura scene on this edit, including Laura & Stefan’s storyline, and Luke & Felicia’s storyline. Also included is all of Faison’s scenes as he kidnaps and holds Felicia captive, all of the Faison and Helena consipiring, including them bringing up him keeping Lucky captive. Laura asks Luke for a divorce, L&L’s anniversary, Felicia tells Luke she just wants to be friends, the truth comes out that Nik is really Stavros’ son and Helena changed the paternity results. Faison kidnaps Felicia, Roy and Luke go undercover to find her. Luke tracks her down but when he arrives to rescue her, he is also taken hostage. Thanksgiving, Christmas scenes are included. Nik is included as Alexis tells him about his true paternity and he confronts Stefan and has the paternity test to verify that Stavros is his father but otherwise not a lot of Nik. Spencer vs Cassidine #17 January 12 - March 31, 2000 - 8 hour edit
This edit contains one of my favorite storylines, when Faison says those magic words that Lucky is alive! Luke immediately begins trying to find Lucky. Stefan also tracks Lucky by following Helena to Nova Scotia to an isolated cabin and sees Lucky is indeed alive. Felicia insists on joining Luke and they head off in search of Lucky at the Cassidine compound in Greece, and find Stefan there putting together a task force to move something very valuable. Luke assumes he kidnapped Lucky. Luke and Felicia follow the trail to Lybia. Luke refuses to tell Laura until he has proof that Lucky is alive. Alexis bluffs Helena that she knows all of her secrets and Helena retaliates by running down Chloe (thinking she was Alexis). Stefan tells Alexis that Lucky is alive and heads to Nova Scotia to rescue him. Laura tells Luke where Stefan is headed, and Felicia and Luke follow him there, just in time to see Stefan leaving with Lucky.
Luke returns to PC and tells Laura that Lucky is indeed alive. Laura immediately believes him and trusts what he has seen. Stefan tells Laura that Lucky is alive but Helena has taken him back. Laura is furious at Stefan and slaps him. Laura whips out the carpetbag, and her and Luke depart to find their son. They first head to NY to Helena’s yacht and find a model of the Haunted Star, then head to Charleston to track it down. This leads to reminiscing of their life together in the early 80‘s during the Haunted Star time. They learn the yacht is now in Madagascar. Helena and Lucky are indeed on the Star, playing chess and asking each other questions. By the time L&L arrive, Helena and Lucky have left but they find a clue that Lucky had indeed been there. They follow the trail to Ice Princess island in Argentina and more reminiscing, Laura isn’t too happy when Felicia arrives to tell them they are walking into a trap (she overheard a conversation Helena had). They all then head follow the clues to Texas, where the Spencers lived when Lucky was born. Lucky realizes the game is to leave clues for his parents to follow. Spencer vs Cassidine #18 April 3 - June 28, 2000 - 8 hour original edit
On this edit, Luke and Laura continue their search for Lucky in Marakeesh, and then finally find Lucky in the Triple L diner in Vancouver but he runs off. Stefan turns Helena in and has her arrested. Stefan gives Laura proof that Lucky has returned to PC. Lucky sneaks over to the Spencer home to visit with his sister who is thrilled Lucky came back from heaven. When he does see LIz and his parents, he is cold and distant and doesn’t want to have anything to do with them. Helena has brainwashed Lucky and uses a code phrase “Protect Your Queen” to control him. Luke believes he has been brainwashed. Lucky asks Mac to drop the investigation into his kidnapping, Luke and Laura are outraged. Helena poisons and thinks she killed Stefan. Luke is arrested for his murder, despite no body being found. Stefan meanwhile is in hiding in Paris, relishing Luke being accused of his death. I added a montage of everyone leaving for the Nurse’s Ball, Lucy’s introduce and acknowledgement of Stefan’s underwriting the ball this year, and Nik’s speech, followed by a fun performance by Liz and Emily & Juan in, “Footloose”. I included every Luke, every Laura scene on this edit. There is also a lot of Helena and Stefan. I included pretty much all of their scenes except for a very few involving Chloe as she begins to have psychic dreams. Click here to read the full edit description.

Spencer vs Cassidine #19 June 28 - December 7, 2000 - 8 hour original edit
Luke is arrested for Stefan’s murder in Prague and brought back to PC. Scotty is talked into defending him when the judge takes Alexis off the case. Felicia testifies that Luke spent the night of Stefan’s murder with her. Luke is acquitted but Felicia’s marriage falls apart in the process. Laura and Scotty’s friendship renews. Laura decides to purchase Deception from Scotty and Sonny agrees to finance the project but wants Laura to take on Carly as her partner. Luke is after the Ice Princess and Felicia assists him as they go undercover again. Stefan is reunited with Nik and Alexis. Nik tells Laura that Stefan is alive.
Note: There is no Laura & Stefan together on this edit, Stefan returns to town towards the end of the #19B so very little Stefan, Helena or Nik on this edit. Luke and Laura are both off the show from 7/11- 9/5. During this time, Helena and Stefan are involved in the Chloe psychic dream storyline while L&L were out of town and I did not include these scenes. This edit contains the Face of Deception contest between Liz and Gia. Carly locks Laura on the roof during the party to announce Liz as the new Face of Deception, Laura’s Christmas with Scott, Laura’s birthday. Laura has a lot of scenes with both Mac and Scott. Luke goes to Istanbul impersonating a Cassidine to gain access to the family’s vault and steal Helena’s disks (he was searching for the Ice Princess). Luke has a lot of scenes with Felicia and Roy. This edit contains the end of the Face of Deception contest, and goes into the begining of End Game. Helena hypnotizes Lucky and programs him to poisoning Lucas. Spencer vs Cassidine #22 May 17 - July 3, 2001 - 8 hour original edit
On this edit, Stavros is defrosted and comes back to life. Liz learns that Lucky is still under Helena’s programming. Scotty takes Laura to Hollywood, great studio location sets of great movies like “Gone with the Wind” and “Casablanca”. Also included on this edit is the Nurse’s Ball, and an episode of dream sequences featuring Luke, Laura, Scotty, Helena, Stavros. Spencer vs Cassidine #23 July 4 - August 23, 2001 - 8 hour original edit
Stavros breaks into Laura’s and leaves her clues. Luke hijacked Helena’s truck and realizes it contains chemical warfare weapons, the art auction, Luke locates Helena’s dungeon under GH, and finds Stavros and Helena are waiting for him. Helena controls a brainwashed Lucky into drugging Luke, Stavros dates Gia while using the name “Lucien Kane”. Luke begins seeing double, and we have crazy Luke and sane Luke talking to each other. Liz finds Lucky and hides him from Helena. She tells Nik that Helena is using a large uncut diamond to control him. He realizes it is the Ice Princess and they determine to steal it from Helena. Nik pretends that he is the Cassidine heir in order to gain Helena’s trust and help his brother. This edit includes all Luke, all Laura, all Stavros, all Helena’s scenes. Helena is incensed to find the Ice Princess has been stolen! Stavros kills Chloe and sets it up to look like Stefan had killed her. Jax and Alexis are devastated to find Stefan by her dead body. Mac arrives and arrests Stefan as he insists that he didn’t kill her. Liz uses the Ice Princess to try break through Lucky’s programming. Laura returns to town and Gia tells her that Lucky has zapped all of his feelings for Liz away. Stefan realizes that Stavros killed Chloe, and tells Laura that Stavros is alive and that he is the monster Lucky continually refers to. Spencer vs Cassidine #25 October 8 - November 13, 2001 - 8 hour original edit
This edit concludes the End Game storyline. Gia thinks that Elizabeth has been murdered, and is shocked to see her wake up! Stefan fakes an illness to get out of jail and then escapes from GH. Laura takes Luke out of GH, and they share a series of classic flashbacks. Stefan and Stavros finally come face to face after almost 20 years! Then Nik meets his father, Stavros. Jax gives Bobbie the vial of poison, Tony analyzes it and then begins treating Luke. Helena kidnaps Alexis, Stravros takes Stefan and they are held hostage in the basement of GH, Bobbie soon joins them. Stavros uses Gia to lure Nik and Laura to him, Stavros and Laura come face to face! Luke shows up and the final big showdown between the Cassidine vs. Spencers! After Helena’s arrest, I added a few final Helena scenes to finish off the end of this last dvd.
