Stefan paws through the box. Alexis comes in. "It's all here" he
tells her. "They didn't get inside." "But they knew how. If they
got into the egg--" she worries. "It requires two medallions," he
sniffs. "They only have Laura's." He thanks Alexis for saving their
future. She places the medallion around his neck. There is a long moment where
her hands linger on his throat and shoulders and it almost looks as though they
are going to end up in a clinch. He breathes "Are you the only person on
earth I can trust?"
At Wyndemere Stefan thanks Alexis for thinking to alert him to Bobbie's
possible plan. They wonder how much Luke knows about their dastardly plan.
Stefan is confident that Luke wasn't able to open the Faberge egg because he
only has access to one medallion, Laura's. Alexis mentions seeing Bobbie in the
medicine closet and Stefan calls Bobbie stupid for not appreciating everything
he had to offer her. Stefan says that Luke's dupe will regret betraying the
Cassadine's. Nikolas comes downstairs and asks where Bobbie is.
Next we see Bobbie drinking coffee in the Spencer's living room. She and Luke
engage in small talk about how Lucas enjoyed staying at Ruby's - Luke says
"Ruby always did know how to show a guy a good time." (Only Luke
Spencer could say something like this and sound charming as opposed insulting!
He's so cool.) Bobbie is feeling badly over the mistake that she's made and how
it will effect Lucas. Luke tries to comfort her; she says she smells burnt
toast. Luke runs cursing into the kitchen and comes back to report that those
were the last two pieces of bread, and all that's left in the fridge is leftover
Thai food or two-day-old tacos. Bobbie thanks Luke for taking such good care of
her, and most of all for not saying, "I told you so". He tells her
that he admires her for being strong enough to take a good look at the mistake
she made and take steps to correct it. She laments that the stakes have gone up
now that Stefan is on to them. Luke isn't worried, he says the most important
thing is that she's out of "Dr. Death's" reach now. Lucky comes
downstairs and is delighted to hear that Bobbie and Lucas will be staying with
them for awhile and deduces that she must have gotten caught by Stefan. Luke
says that Stefan is "one unhappy Gargoyle this morning - who's for Thai
food?!". Lucky pulls Luke out of Bobbie's earshot to tell him that the WSB
called and they got the copy that Luke sent them and would be sending over a
possible fix that afternoon. They do a little song and dance about Lucky wanting
to borrow money so as not to make Bobbie suspicious. Lucky asks if she should
stay home to help rather than go to his first day as a peer counselor at GH.
Luke assures him that he'll call if he needs help. Luke returns to the living
room where Bobbie is lost in her thoughts, beating herself up again and feeling
badly that the people she loves will also have to pay for her mistakes this
time. She says she feels terrible about Nik and wonders what lies Stefan will
tell him. Luke reminds her that she cannot tell Nik what's going on; in reply to
her protestations that Nik isn't like Stefan Luke replies that Nik is
"sitting on bench" and not to be taken in by his "big brown
shifty eyes". Later, Luke got the package he was expecting from the WSB.
Luke interpreting the information he received from the WSB.
At Wyndmere Stefan tells Nik that Bobbie and Lucas have left Wyndmere. When
asked why she would leave, Stefan pretends that he doesn't want to tell Nik
about Bobbie drugging him but Alexis protests that Nik isn't a child anymore and
he deserves to know what's going on. Nikolas can't believe what they've told him
and goes off to find Bobbie in hopes of getting an explanation for why she would
turn on them. Alexis is concerned about Nik getting hurt again, but Stefan feels
that the sooner he confronts Bobbie and she tells him that she did drug him
etc., the better for him in the long run.
Alexis and Stefan are still discussing Bobbie and how the situation will
impact on Nikolas. Stefan diffuses all of Alexis's concerns about what Bobbie
will do. Stefan says that Bobbie has mistaken his "generosity for weakness,
an error that will cost her dearly."
Bobbie runs into Nikolas just coming off the elevator. Nik hurriedly tells
her Stefan's story waiting for her to step in and provide an explanation at any
minute, when he notices she's not denying it, he gets angry. He says some mean
things, asking how Luke reeled her in this time, making her betray her husband
and family. He says that she'd probably drug him if Luke told her to. She
protests, but he continues railing at her. He says if she didn't get caught
she'd still be there spying on his family. He says she's more like Laura than he
realized their only loyalty is to Luke. She begs him to be open-minded, tells
him that she can't tell him the whole story right now. As Nikolas storms off,
she sees Stefan lurking around the nurses’ station, no doubt having overheard
the conversation.
Lucky enters the peer counseling room to find Sarah reading the volunteer
handbook. Sarah and Lucky make small talk and Lucky mentions Lulu, and tells a
cute story about her. Sarah says she can see how much he cares about his sister
and asks where she is. Lucky says she's in Switzerland with his Mom. Sarah asks
why and Lucky changes the subject by challenging her to a video game.
Alexis expresses her concern to Stefan that Nikolas loses in this situation
no matter who he believes. Stefan assures her that Nikolas will stand by the
family. Stefan says he regrets ever encouraging Nik to trust Bobbie. He tells
Alexis that he wants his divorce to go through immediately. Alexis says that
Bobbie made that situation even easier for Stefan by stealing those drugs from
GH. Stefan says she'll live to regret that.
Stefan announces to Audrey that some drugs have turned up missing from the
medicine room and says it appears to be the dastardly work of a wayward staff
member. He asks Audrey if she might take the responsibility of heading up this
investigation. He assures them that he plans to press charges.
Back in the children's play room Sarah and Lucky are in hot competition; but
Lucky wins. In the middle of one heck of a rant about his victory Nikolas walks
in and he and Lucky exchange the usual hostilities - this time resulting in the
news that Nikolas is in charge of the peer program.
Bobbie informs Stefan that she knows what he's trying to do to her. They
exchange some mean words - Bobbie "this hospital is my life's work and I
won't let you force me out". Stefan assures her this is only child's play
and that he's just begun. Bobbie looks frightened, but that Spencer
determination still ever-present.
Outraged to discover that Nikolas is the new peer counselor, Lucky turns in
his hospital ID and slams out of the room. Afterwards, Sarah persuades Lucky to
return to the program for the sake of the sick kids who need their help. Alexis
is extremely concerned with how close the Spencer’s came. If she hadn't
stumbled upon Bobbie in the medicine closet who knows what would have happened.
Again Stefan assures her everything is under control. Alexis reminds Stefan that
the coming week is critical. He agrees.
Back home, Stefan inserts floppy into the Laptop as Stefan presses a key,
"Phase III" comes up on Luke's computer. Luke looks worried, and
leaves the office.
Luke confronts Stefan, supposedly over dumping Bobbie. They verbally spar
about Katherine's shooting, Bobbie's snooping, etc. Luke tries to convince
Stefan that his and Bobbie's snooping was only about Stefan's "affair"
with Katherine. Alexis arrives and Luke leaves. She reports that she
successfully nudged Audrey in Bobbie's direction as drug thief. Stefan and
Alexis discuss "The Plan" and Stefan says that "final activation
takes place in one week; it cannot be stopped!"
Audrey uncomfortably asks Bobbie to tell her that she had nothing to with the
disappearance of pills from the hospital pharmacy. Bobbie reluctantly admits to
taking them. At first, Audrey believes it was an oversight--maybe Bobbie just
forgot to make a notation? Bobbie's continuing silence confirms Audrey's worst
fears--that she took them for personal use: "Whoever could have convinced
you to steal them?" Bobbie assures her that no one else was involved. She
had a good reason for her actions, but can't share them yet with Audrey. She
only asks one favor--can Audrey hold off a day or two before going o the board
with this information? Audrey agrees to wait a bit.
Luke knocks at a door with an ornate cross (a Greek Orthodox church). A
grey-bearded, black-robed gentleman answers the door. Luke apologizes, but
really needs the father's help in translating a note in his possession. The
father will be happy to help--tomorrow morning. Luke persists--this cannot wait.
Aha, the father nods wisely. This involves a matter of sin--Luke wants to
unburden his soul. "You have committed a grievous sin--you need to
confess." Luke admits that might be true in other circumstances, but
tonight this is about someone else's sin. The priest asks if the translation and
the sin are related. Luke says yes, and tells the priest he'll be helping the
good guys if he does this little thing. The priest looks speculatively at Luke--
is he one of the good guys? He must think so, because he takes the note. The
translation takes longer than expected, because of some misspelled words. When
Luke takes back the note, he stares at the translation in shock.
Bobbie interrupts Stefan & Kat snuggling poolside at Wyndemere. He
hustles Kat away and turns on Bobbie. She warns him that she will not allow him
to railroad her out of GH. Stefan tells her that her career is over, unless he
decides otherwise. "Meet the real Stefan Cassadine--interesting to watch
him change his skin." She snarks. Stefan tells her "I am not my
brother, my uncles or my mother. But you and your brother have made a serious
mistake in under-estimating me." He dismisses Bobbie as though she were a
servant. "I will contact you with my terms." She is having none of it.
"I won't let you win," she answers. When she's gone, he opens his
computer. "I already have," he sneers.
Luke's talking on the phone to Laura. We see that the note says "Final
activation on June 28 at 20:00." He tells her that he doesn't know what
else they could have done. They got on the case as soon as they could, as soon
as they obtained the micro-chip. "I thought we had a day or two. Oh man,
"Luke sighs. "It all went down and he got away with it. There's
nothing we can do to stop it." We close on Stefan, in front of the
computer, surveying the world he plans to conquer.
Mike comes in , fresh from a recent visit to the clue shop, with a gift for
Luke. Luke is upset about Stefan's plan. They talk about the new bar that Mike
has bought. Mike gives Luke his lucky bottle opener. Mike asks why Luke doesn't
just ignore Stefan. Luke says that the Cassadine’s are too dangerous, they
still live in medieval times. Mike laughs 'maybe they're still on Julian time'
the clue passes hands. Mike explains about Julian calendar and Luke realizes
that Stefan might be using a different timeline, in his excitement he plants a
kiss on Mike.
Lucky and Sarah are playing games with the kids. The kids leave and Nik comes
in and asks them to clean up. Lucky bristles and taunts him about Lucas. They
fight, Sarah tells them to both shut up, Nik storms out. Sarah reads Lucky the
riot act, but Lucky defends his right to hate Nik. Sarah suggests restraint and
Lucky rolls his eyes. Lucky offers a meal at Ruby's as a peace offering and she
says that she'll meet him there in a while They discuss Steve.
Luke finds information on the Julian calendar on his computer, and figures
out that the final activation is July 11--he is elated, he still has time. Just
then a breathless Brenda and Sonny arrive, Luke greets them with a big grin,
"Hey, what's up? Don't you believe in knocking?" he laughs. Luke
agrees to help Sonny and Brenda elude the authorities but suggests they don some
disguises first.
At the hospital, Stefan and Alexis get ready to go, and Bobbie comes up:
"Do you have a minute?" "No. "Make one" Bobbie insists.
Alexis tries to say a word, and Bobbie asks "What are you, a mouthpiece or
a spy? Did you ever have a life, or a mind of your own, and IF you did, what
happened to them?" Stefan sinisterly states: "This is what loyalty
looks like." Alexis leaves and Bobbie asks Stefan what it is he wants.
"You have my name. I want it back." He wants no alimony or contest,
and she's to resume the name of Spencer and stop disgracing his. Stefan won't
tolerate the vision of Bobbie and Luke cackling as they divide the money.
"If the Cassadine name should be useful to me, you'd better believe I'm
going to use it!" Bobbie tells him.
Luke catches Bobbie at the phone and Bobbie tells him Stefan wants her
license. Luke figures tonight's the night. Bobbie is pleased Luke knows how to
stop him. Luke says the plot must not appear to have been stopped by him.
Barbara says Stefan is s paranoid about his family. Luke has a bright idea. Luke
and Bobbie discuss using Nikolas as a diversion to keep Stefan from activating
his program. Luke, using his computer, somehow manages to cancel Nikolas'
pediatrics meeting thus making him available to manipulate. Luke explains
briefly to Lucky about what's going on while he breaks into Stefan's
computerized home security system using WSB supplied software.
Alexis and Stefan talk about loyalty and personality changes. She once again
expresses her support for him. Stefan and Alexis talk about the old days and the
future. He says he plans to return home and to take Nikolas and Katherine with
him. Just as the final countdown begins, they hear a noise outside and call
security.
Luke tells Lucky that he remotely started a fire in the Cassadine's stables.
Lucky is miffed that Luke didn't include him in the latest plans. Luke counters
that he couldn't find Lucky since he was out chasing Sarah. When Lucky has a
minor tantrum, Luke snaps, "This adolescent thing is a drag. Drop it."
Nikolas and Bobbie continue to argue about her drugging Stefan; eventually,
he walks off and heads home. While Alexis runs off to fight the stable fire,
Stefan waits to begin the world domination program. Stefan becomes increasingly
agitated as the countdown continues. Suddenly, Nikolas bursts in yelling about
the stable fire, but unbelievably to him, Stefan remains fixated on his
computer. When the outraged Nikolas attempts to get to the computer, Stefan
pushes him away, and he falls hitting his head leaving Stefan torn between
helping Nikolas and world domination. Stefan tries to awaken Nik. "Engage
final sequence" his computer beeps. "Begin equation immediately.
Countdown continues." At his own computer, Luke stares in amazement as he
watches the countdown tick away and nothing else happens. Stefan calls an
ambulance for Nik while the computer keeps nagging him. Stefan bangs the phone
down and races to the machine. Too late. "Program aborted", HAL
reports. "Program destruction complete." "No!" Stefan
thunders. Alexis rushes in and sees Nik unconscious on the floor. Luke sits back
in his chair and smiles, sighing in relief. Nik is rushed to GH by the EMTs.
Stefan follows the kid into the ER. When Nik opens his eyes his uncle tells him
"You're going to be all right." Nik stares at him. "Get away from
me."
Later, Stefan tells Alexis what went down that night. Can they retrieve the
program? she wonders. It's destruction is irrevocable, Stefan reports. Alexis
tells him they can develop another one. "Your optimism is admirable, but
misplaced," he replies.
Bobbie calls Luke from the GH lobby, eager to know "what happened"
. He tells her, smugly, "absolutely nothing". When she learns that Nik
was hurt in the melee, she rushes over to Luke's place. She wants nothing to do
with his plans if it means hurting anybody, even a Cassadine. As Bobbie and Luke
go round on this, there is some cute cutting back and forth to scene of Sarah
and Lucky talking on her front steps. We do learn that Luke started the stable
fires by short-circuiting the computers at the Cassadine place. The scene ends
with the siblings hugging over their triumph over the Cassadine’s.
Furious with his father for cutting him out of the picture at their scheme's
most crucial moment, Lucky informs Luke he won't be accompanying him to
Switzerland. Though Lucky reminds his dad how he's always encouraged him to be
independent and stand on his own two feet, Luke guesses that the boy's real
reason for wanting to stay in Port Charles has more to do with a certain young
lady. Stefan grows frantic upon discovering his nephew's hospital room empty.
Meanwhile, Nikolas wanders through the park, avoiding contact with anyone who
might recognize him. Luke tells Bobbie he's decided to allow Lucky to return to
Port Charles for the summer following a short trip to Switzerland to see Laura
and Lulu. Luke can't resist needling Stefan about his recent setback. Lucky
talks to Sarah at Kelly's, while Luke brags to Bobbie that his kid is a genius,
"He gets C's in classes he didn't even know he was taking." Luke gives
Bobbie instructions. Essentially, let Lucky do whatever he wants. He likes to
encourage "creative thinking". Watching Lucky fall all over himself to
impress Sarah, Luke fills an amused Bobbie in on the real reason his son will be
staying with her and Lucas for the summer. Mike comes in to talk to Luke. He
needs to know if Sonny's OK. Luke asks Mike to watch out for Lucky.
Lucky brags to Sarah. He's sick of Switzerland. He informs Sarah that he's
"not real sophisticated first class" but he's travelled a lot. Lucas
gets her order and he tells Sarah she's bikini material.
Luke wonders if Bobbie can handle herself with Stefan. She tells him Stefan
can't hurt anyone any more.Lucky asks Sarah if she'd like a postcard or
chocolate. She suggests a Swiss bank. They hug. Lucy bops in. She tells Luke the
club is in good hands. She has a package for Lulu. They agree that she'll be a
good mother (she was pregnant at the time). Hugs all around, and Luke leaves.
At GH, Stefan and Alexis wonder where Nik went. Stefan says he's going to
give Veronica Bowles of WLPC a statement about the drug theft. Alexis voices her
concerns about naming Bobbie as the thief. Stefan says it may not come to
that...it depends on Bobbie. Bobbie comes up and she and Stefan tangle. He says
he won't give her the $6-million he promised because she tried to poison him. He
has a paper for Bobbie to sign, turning back the $6 mil. She refuses to sign
unless he gives Audrey a signed statement that the drug theft wasn't a theft at
all but merely a miscount during inventory and that the investigation has been
dropped. During his press conference, Stefan announces that the Cassadine’s
are donating $6-mil to GH for a drug rehabilitation center.
Lucky tells Sarah about Switzerland. Audrey goes to make popcorn, and Lucky
asks Sarah to the barbecue. Sarah tells an elated Lucky she may be staying in
Port Charles longer than she originally anticipated. Lucky takes photos to
Bobbie and Amy and claims to have come home for the patriotism of it.
After asking for some time off, Bobbie confides to Audrey that she's flying
down to the Dominican Republic to obtain a divorce from Stefan.
Audrey is out looking for Gatsby, as Sarah is ready to go to the barbecue.
Lucky comes to pick Sarah up. He's found Gatsby. Lucky and Sarah arrive and
discuss the barbecue. Amy takes Lucky off to get cardboard. Sarah heads off to
get food. Lucky asks Sarah to dance, but Sarah notices his shirt is covered with
cat hair. She is grooming him as Nik appears just in time to see Sarah playfully
flirting with Lucky. Emily wants to go home and Keesha and Lucky take her. Lucky
apologizes to Sarah for leaving the party but she has seen the brooding Nik
staring at her and she assures him that she can find her own way home.
Stefan opens the envelope Alexis gives him--photos of the family (she has
stolen a picture of Kat's mother and had a picture created of kat's mom &
Mikos). He doesn't remember ever seeing any of them before. Alexis tells him
they were from Mikkos' private collection--he kept them well hidden from a
jealous Helena. Stefan looks at a picture of a strange woman with his father. Is
this the mysterious Kristen, apparently the only woman his father ever really
loved? It was whispered that she gave birth to Mikkos' love child, but both the
mother and baby died during the birth. The baby was christened Natasha. Stefan
muses that he would have liked having a sister.
They discuss a rumor that Kristen and Natasha may not have died in
childbirth, but instead was the victim of Helena's jealousy. There is no proof
of this, but Stefan would not put it past his mother. The next night at Kat's,
as Katherine and Stefan wander out onto the balcony of the penthouse to watch
the fireworks display, Alexis quickly restores the photo she stole from her
hostess to its original location. Later, they look at pictures of Kat's mother.
The next day, Alexis and Stefan discuss the picture of Kat's mother. Stefan
admits that he did see a resemblance to Kristen, his father's mistress. Alexis
airly says she didn't notice. He leaves and Alexis makes a cell call to a
mysterious someone. She discusses her plans with this person and rants on about
what a threat Kat is to the family. She sounds obsessed with protecting Stefan
and Nik. She tells the person on the phone to get ready to take care of the next
step. Alexis suggests to Stefan that the builder who is renovating the villa in
Greece come to the States for a consultation. He agrees. Alexis told Stefan
their Greek caretaker George would be arriving from Greece tomorrow.
0002000009AE00005F2E 9A8,Alexis pours tea for George the caretaker and Leo. She
prompts George, telling him that it's important to Nik's future that Stefan
hears what he has to say. Stefan comes home and says hello to George and Leo.
The purpose of the trip is to discuss the delay in construction on Mikkos'
villa. George has hedges and indicates that there are Cassadine family secrets.
He's afraid of Helena. Stefan gives him permission to spill the beans. George
confides that there were secret tunnels and Kristin and Natasha escaped Helena's
wrath. Stefan wonders why, if Natasha is still alive, he hasn't heard from her.
Nikolas enters and George is overjoyed to see the young man formerly known as
"prince". A man, Leo Voss, is also present. He is introduced to
Nikolas as someone who has helped Alexis and her family in the past. George has
been prompted by Alexis to lie about Natasha and old George eventually
"remembers" that Kristen and Natasha escaped Helena's wrath by coming
to the United States. George claims that Natasha was raised in a place called
Serenity (Serenity was the family home of Dominique Stanton Taub, half-sister of
Katherine Bell]. Stefan goggles at this news. Looks like Alexis' plan to make
Stefan believe that Katherine is his half-sister is working.
At Kelly's Cafe, Bobbie is trying to reason with Lucky about his Nikolas
Cassadine obsession. She tells him not to believe the wild speculations and
outright lies about the Cassadine family told by Luke and Tom Hardy. Stefan
thanked George for his help, and reeled from what he had told him about his
half-sister. How many coincidences could there be? All roads pointed to
Katherine! Stefan is calling Katherine. Alexis comes in and says she hopes he's
not calling Katherine. "As a matter of fact, I am." Alexis remarks
that George was probably confused but "What if George is right? Katherine
will be in danger and you will have put her there." He calls again and
tells Kat has a question to ask her, but she's in a meeting with Edward. He'll
meet her at the hospital. He then asks Alexis how he'll be putting Katherine in
danger. At GH, Stefan asks Kat what it's like to be Katherine Bell growing up at
Serenity and she describes being the official tester and spoonlicker of all her
mother's creations. She says Avery Stanton was her father. Katherine tells
Stefan she had a DNA test indicating that she was most probably Avery Stanton's
daughter, but of course, they weren't absolutely certain.
Back home, Stefan tells Alexis he believes Katherine is not related. She
professes agreement but then deftly raises some doubt in his mind. Alexis argues
that Katherine's mother might have lied to her even on her death bed to protect
her daughter from being found by the Cassadine's. As Alexis listens in, Stefan
tells Katherine she permeates his every thought in every waking moment. Tortured
by fears that the woman he wants might actually be his half-sister, Stefan begs
Alexis for help.
At Wyndemere, Stefan bribes a nervous government official to show him
confidential documents relating to Kristin's visa application. As Alexis
carefully observes her cousin's reaction, Stefan reels to learn that Avery
Stanton sponsored Kristin's entrance into the United States. Stefan tells Alexis
he's found proof that Natasha died years ago at the age of five. Determined to
convince her cousin that Katherine is his long lost sister, Alexis reminds
Stefan that information obtained off the Internet is not always reliable. Stefan
pays off a cemetery worker to dig up Natasha's grave so he can see the child's
remains for himself. Devastated to discover that Natasha's coffin is empty,
Stefan confides to Alexis his great relief that he never consummated his passion
for Katherine. Still struggling to regain his composure in the wake of the
night's startling events, Stefan realizes he has no choice but to face the fact
that he's fallen for his own half-sister. As the "truth" sinks in,
Stefan rails at the fates which have caused him to fall madly in love with the
one woman he can never have.
Nikolas asks Stefan how much the Cassadine's contributed to Steve's death.
Stefan swears to his nephew that he had nothing to do with bankrupting the
hospital or causing Steve's fatal heart attack.
Alexis is disturbed to discover that Katherine spent the night at Wyndemere.
When his cousin demands to know if he slept with Katherine, Stefan coldly
informs Alexis that although they stayed in the same bed they did not make love.
Katherine wonders why Stefan is suddenly pulling back from her just when the
coast is finally clear for them to be together at last. To her amazement, Stefan
coldly replies that he feels nothing for her and never has. Sputtering in dismay
and disbelief, Katherine reminds him of the closeness they've shared but Stefan
declares that the love she imagined she saw was really all in her own head.
Stefan tells a devastated Katherine he only pretended to like her in order to
save himself from a lifetime in prison. Hurt and betrayed, Katherine hauls off
and smacks Stefan across the face. Repeating that he strung her along to avoid
prosecution, Stefan roars at Katherine to leave his island and never come back.
Spitting out her hatred for the man who broke her heart, Katherine finally
storms out of Wyndemere. Afterwards, a grieving Stefan reports to Alexis that he
did what needed to be done.
When Katherine confronts him again, Stefan vehemently denies ever loving her
and sticks to his story that he pretended to have feelings for her so that he
could solve his legal problem over the shooting. Katherine doesn't believe him
and, in claiming that she knows how he operates, states that this is not how he
fights. Stefan later announces to Katherine that she's been fired. Keeping their
argument in the halls of the hospital, Katherine refuses Stefan's demand that
she resign from her job. Armed with news about Nikolas, Katherine confronts
Alexis at Wyndemere and demands to know where Stefan is. When she claims that
he's out of town, Alexis forces Katherine to reveal that Nikolas has been
suspended from school for cheating. The two almost come to blows as they argue
about who has Stefan's true interest at heart. Luke arrives back in town.
Stefan is horrified to find Alexis leaning over an unconscious Katherine.
Katherine comes to and again accuses Stefan of lying to her about the reason he
broke off their relationship.
Lucky balks when Luke announces his intention to take his son back to
Switzerland. Bobbie confides to Luke how hurt she is by the fact that Carly is
carrying Tony's child.
Stefan privately reminds Alexis that the woman he loves must be removed from
GH to avoid any embarrassing revelations about their blood ties. As the board
meeting resumes, Stefan lays out his reasons for dismissing Katherine. Katherine
bitterly accuses Stefan of doctoring her department's records to make it appear
that she's been misusing hospital funds. Luke is intrigued to hear that his
former brother-in-law just gave Katherine the boot. Working on the principle
that "the enemy of my enemy is my friend", Luke suggests to Katherine
that they team up to make Stefan pay for his many crimes. Katherine rejects
Luke's proposal. Later, Bobbie lights into Stefan for his disgusting attack on
Katherine during the board meeting.
Luke meets with Jason at the Outback and is startled to learn that Sonny has
turned over his entire enterprise to his young protege. Luke warns Jason he has
no intention of becoming a sacrificial lamb when mob warfare inevitably explodes
over Port Charles. Bobbie and Luke compare notes on Lucky's teenage angst and
agree that they'll have to meddle in if the boy wanders too close to the
Cassadine’s during his pursuit of the elusive Sarah.
Alexis icily advises Stefan to stop exerting control over her personal life.
Refusing to ease up on the Indonesian project, Stefan reminds his cousin that he
is still head of the family and as such will make any and all decisions
concerning the future.
Luke presses Katherine to team up with him in a campaign to bring down the
almighty Stefan Cassadine. Leo assures Alexis he's had no second thoughts about
their plot to sabotage Katherine's romance with the head of their family.
Promising he can track down the gun which mysteriously vanished from police
custody, Luke urges Katherine to press charges against the man who put her in a
wheelchair before Stefan hurts another innocent party. Outraged to see Katherine
once again in Luke's company, Stefan furiously demands to know if his old flame
is conspiring against him with his oldest enemy. Stefan snarls at Alexis when
she suggests that he keep a safe distance from Katherine for a while. Delighted
to see Stefan stalk out of the Outback, Luke congratulates Katherine on a job
well done and gives his uneasy accomplice some advice about how to handle the
next meeting she will inevitably have with their mutual enemy. Alexis finds Luke
on the docks about to head off to Wyndemere.
Luke tells his son he's decided to stay in Port Charles a bit longer than he
first anticipated. At Wyndemere, Nikolas angrily reminds Stefan that the flow of
information between them has been markedly one-sided for far too long. Katherine
invites Luke to be her dinner companion at the Grill that evening. Later,
overhearing his cousin thanking Leo or his invaluable assistance, Stefan asks
Alexis what secret project she's been working on.
Luke and Katherine bring their separate agendas to the Port Charles Grill,
where their entrance is duly noted by a sullen Stefan and an annoyed Alexis.
After secretly checking to see if his hidden tape recorder is working, Luke
pressures Katherine to admit that Stefan shot her on Spoon Island. Certain she's
made a huge mistake when Stefan pays her no mind, Katherine hisses at Luke to
help her effect a fast escape. Meanwhile, Stefan tells Alexis he's decided to
move the family back to Greece. Katherine informs an astonished Stefan that
Alexis broke them up because she wanted her cousin all to herself. Katherine
sadly informs Luke she won't fight Stefan any longer. Luke tells his worried
sister he's planning to break into Wyndemere again to search for the gun with
which Stefan shot Katherine. Stefan informs his nephew that the family is moving
back to Greece as soon as he's wrapped up his affairs in town. An irked Nikolas
reminds his uncle that he has no intention of leaving Port Charles. Unaware that
Luke is spying on her, Alexis stashes Leo's papers in one of Wyndemere’s
secret tunnels.
At GH, Amy explains to a disapproving Stefan why American children go around
begging for sweets and threatening to play tricks if their neighbors don't come
across with enough candy. Cute moment as Edward shows up dressed as a vampire.
He can't talk at all with the fangs in his mouth so he takes them out! Luke
searches the master bedroom at Wyndemere, intent on recovering the gun Stefan
used to shoot Katherine. Luke finds his way into Wyndemere's secret passageway.
Edward informs Stefan he's personally going to remove all evidence of the
Cassadine influence from the hospital once the intruders finally return to their
home in the Aegean sea.
Luke debates about opening a small chest. He tells himself that is what
Stefan would expect him to do. But the temptation of finding the gun is too
great and he lifts the lid triggering an alarm. He ruefully shakes his head that
he didn't follow his instinct to not open it. Luke calmly lights a cigar to
leave Stefan a message about who was there. Stefan learns that an intruder has
breached Spoon Island's security system. Meanwhile, in the secret passageway,
Luke pockets the envelope containing Leo's handiwork. After accidentally
tripping an alarm, Luke snaps photographs of the stolen documents before
strewing the papers around Stefan's bedroom and heading for the hills. Stefan
begins to question his cousin's loyalty. Luke returns home upset with himself
for falling for Stefan's trap. But he laughs, as he knows that Stefan will find
Alexis's papers that he left behind. He isn't sure what they mean but the fact
that she had hidden them away in a tunnel tells him they are important. Stefan
shows a jittery Alexis the papers that were scattered around his bedroom on the
night Luke invaded their privacy. As Alexis begins shredding documents, Stefan
secretly works on deciphering Leo's code. Stefan orders Ralston to sneak George
Pappa’s back into the United States on the sly. Stefan sent for Old George and
demanded to know what "job" he performed for Alexis? George averred
that any job he did was for Stefan's and Price Nikolas' own good (according to
Alexis).
Luke met up with Alexis at the Outback and he confronted her with his photos
of the papers. He taunted her with them, and she kept her cool at first. Yet,
when he mentioned showing them to Stefan, she cracked a bit. Then she tried to
turn it back on him and his admissions to breaking into Wyndemere. For the most
part, Luke knew he was on to something and Alexis became rattled. Alexis:
"Why don't you get a hobby?" Luke: "My hobby is you." Luke
realizes that Alexis has been very busy fooling Stefan and decides to have a
little fun with his recently gained knowledge and make Alexis sweat a bit.
Next Katherine asks Luke if he got the gun, when he said no, she pouted. He
reminded her that she had her chance to press charges. And then she huffed about
how did she have to remind Luke that they had two different agendas in regards
to getting the gun. Then, Bobbie comes in to see Luke, and Katherine leaves. Her
last action being to thank Bobbie for her warning about Stefan. Luke and Bobbie
then discuss how messed up Kat is over the Count. Luke calls her wacko. Then
these scenes end with them discussing Caroline and the call from Virginia
Benson. Luke tells her to let go and move on with her life.
George started to tell Stefan the truth, when he had a heart attack. Stefan
had him take to Mercy Hospital (under an assumed name). Then, Stefan began
laying a trap so to speak for Alexis. He got her more rattled than she already
was. A determined Stefan continues to probe into his cousin's treachery and
places a call to the hospital to check on George's condition.

Stefan has just thrown her clothes at her. "There's your loot, Barbara.
Take it and get out." She looks at him. "I'm just looking for
something I used to see in you. I just realized that it was never there."
Bobbie puts on the old coat she wore when she first came to Spoon Island.
"You can keep the rest--or burn it. I don't want anything you gave
me." "Don't keep Luke waiting," Stefan delivers the parting shot.
"I'll ruin you and your brother." "We'll let a judge decide who
ruins who." Bobbie pulls the coat and her tattered dignity around her and
leaves like a princess with her head high. Later, Bobbie meets Luke. She tells
him their plan failed--Stefan caught her. "Did he hurt you?" Luke
asks. Bobbie says he tried, but she managed to bluff that she was looking for
love letters. She nearly collapses when she recalls Stefan's cruel remarks, but
Luke calms her. "There's a silver lining. I got you out of there, and
you're not going back." They hug big time. He leads her away--"Don't
look back"--and takes her home with him where she'll be safe.
