One thing about my lucid dreams is that I always
remember almost everything, and about:
"All the lucid dreams
I've had, I 'v never even thought about flying around. I could run
fast as hell though."
In the second lucid dream i had I was
in front of my house, and I just..realized "it's a dream, I have
control..I want to fly around" ..so I run with all my strength to
some bushes and said "I'm going to jump this bushes and fly" ..first
I hit some bushes and my clothes were a little torn, but then I was
flying. (that happened because I lacked confidence about if it was a
dream or not but then I decided to risk everything..(lucky of me
that it was a dream)

Ignore my previous post.
I like your
topic Kuja. I never really knew such a thing as Lucid dreams. But I
am having a problem. I am trying to get into sleep Paralisis(sp?)
but I cant. I can never find a comfortable posistion to lay in. I
can feel im getting close, but then the strong urge to move
overtakes me and I roll over or something. Is there any advice to
give me about how to lay down and how to get into sleeps
parralisis(sp?) Oh, and how do I know if I am in REM? Should I close
my eyes or keep the m open? Thanks in advance!

Sorry about double posting. It just dawned on
me. Has anyone here tried to Clone themselves in a dream? Or make
2-3 copies of themselves? I wonder if its possible. --- Yo,

First of all I see nothing the least bit wrong
with your first post it was an interesting question which I didn't
answer.
The answer to that is that it would probably not work
or be incredibly boring as you would have complete control over
every aspect of it. Also technology has an unusual tendency to not
work in dreams for one reason or another.
Anyways for your
new question the answer is.... FORGET ABOUT THAT TECHNIQUE... I
honestly do not believe that technique works it was not my own and
it has never worked for me. I'd just follow exercises and work at it
and eventually it should come naturally. I'd suggest reading up on
it and also perhaps reading a book or watching TV directly before
going to bed...
OOOOO Just thought of a new lucid dreaming
technique.
"Get in the habit of keeping a book right by your
bedside with a reading light. Everytime you wake up take the book
turn on the light and read a sentence or two... turn off the light
and re-read the same sentence. Then perhaps continue on with the
book a little ways before going back to sleep. If the light doesn't
work or the book seems "different, changing or odd" then question
your reality and consider the fact that you are in a
false-awakening-dream and you can become lucid. (I tried this and it
worked several times throughout the night) --- You want to

| Is it possible to have REM while awake? Last
night I tried the sleep paralysis method, and I started to feel my
body freeze up. After awhile of this, my eyes started going crazy
and it seemed really bright under my eyelids, but this soon went
away. I felt like I was really on the verge of slipping into the
dream world, but I didn't make it all the way. |

Technology
typically works fine in my dreams, although I can;t think of too
mnay occasions where it was an issue. This is probably a specific
case for you; I can't think of a reason why it would be more
general...you have any support for that?

4, Having wicked fun. Fly Fly Fly. The first
thing to do is fly. Probably nothing but a float if you've never
done it before but soon you'll be flying like super man. If you have
trouble achiveing high speeds or flying period watch shows such as
DBZ (Surprizingly it works) and the Matrix 2. (3 isn't as much
flying) Try to imagine propelling your self. That is the biggest
trouble imagineing what force is moving you and that has to be
yourself your KI (DBZ) lol I say DBZ because they explain how they
fly. lol. go online or something and catch the one where that guy
teaches the girl to fly that should get you into the spirit.
Anyways. Flying is fun and increases the vividness too. Fly fast
enough to feel wind ripping past you. (Might seem like i'm saying
how fun it is but it's important)
I wonder how many times
I have flown in dreams. I also tried to go as fast as lightspeed. It
was fun, I could even feel the drag.
Surprisingly, as you
said, watching dbz actually helps, I even can do what they do. Many
ways of flying, with your hands streched, or hands at wrist
level.
I havent tried doing a kamehameha, yet :(

lol... I used to be an anime fan which is why I
suggested that... and surprisingly all the mind needs in a lucid
dream is a little justification. Do you really do something without
having any reason behind it? Not really. Same goes in a lucid
dream... so I'm glad that watching dbz helped lol... but it isn't
all that surprising. --- You want to know the secret of

| That flying stuff seems fun. Too bad I don't
have lucid dreams too often. When I dream I never find out I'm
dreaming and when I do, I usually try to wake myself up just to see
if I can. Then after I wake up I'll be like, Oh crap I could've done
something cool like fly around and or something but I just
had to wake myself up. Those checks seem like a pretty good
idea though. Maybe I'll try it sometime |

Man, I don't know if this was a Lucid Dream or
not, I don't think so, but I was leaping from rooftop to rooftop, it
was EXHILARATING, but I think I messed up on a jump and then the
asphalt started rushing at me at high speed, right when I was about
to slam into those drains in the curb, my legs spasmed and kicked
outward, hitting the bedpost and waking me up instantly. I was like
2 inches from smacking face first into the pavement. In fact, now
that I think of it, it was RIGHT when I hit or a nanosecond before
that.

| You know how they say dreaming is our brain
resetting from the things we recently experienced? Is it easier to
lucid dream on days where you didn't do anything? If you lucid dream
on days where you did a lot, are you still tired when you wake up?

I heard something that I gotta try the next
time, but someone might want to confirm this? By looking at a
digital clock or something, you can't see the actual numbers but
they're like all screwed up? And you can't turn off your nightlamp
next to your bed or something. Lucid dreams are the only reason I
sleep :)

Major bumpage, it took me a while but I managed
to read all 42 pages so far. I have had some dreams where I was in
control, but never thought of flying tho. There were a few questions
about sharing dreams and mind control that never got answered a
bunch of pages back, can someone shed some light on this. How would
I be able to share a dream with someone or give them a message?

I think Kuja9998 really did a great thing. Lucid
dreaming is an amazing thing that needs to be spread to others. My
lucid quest has hit a roadblock however... After a good week of
lucid dreams (I thought I was getting better) they stopped (I
couldn't control them, and woke up shortly after, but I thought
progress was being made).
It has been about a week or two
and I have had nothing. It is very odd but I'll keep trying. I will
fly one day, I will...

I THINK I had my first few Lucid dreams. They
were too short to tell. About half a minute to a minute each. Weird.
NOTE: I drank lots of water before going to bed.
Dream
#1: I was in a classroom, really bored...doing nothing... then I
woke up.
Dream #2: I was at this dock with a small
island(which was made of concrete) a few hundred feet away from me.
I got excited so I thought to myself. "Sweet. I'm gonna try to fly."
I jumped up and started flying across the water DBZ style. Then
someone shouted to me, "You arent going fast enough!" So I tried to
speed up and I couldnt. Then I landed on the island. I wake up.
Dream #3: This one is like a continuation of Dream #2. I was
on the island looking around. So I thought I would fly again. I ran
to the edge and tried to fly but I couldnt, so obviously I fell into
the water which was err...about 70 degrees...for some reason. Then I
wake up.
They were, again, VERY short. --- Yo, Check
