Qafsiel, Qaspiel, Qaphsiel, Quaphsiel An angel with dominion over the moon. In 3 Enoch he is guardian of the 7th heavenly hall. In ancient Hebrew charms, he is invoked to drive away enemies by tying the charm, written in bird’s blood, to the foot or wing of a dove and then bidding the dove to fly away. If it flies away, that is a sign that the enemy is in flight also.
