Card by Card Analysis
Energizer Bunny: Just keeps going, and going, and going...

4 Venerable
Monk : Come into play gaining life, and a blocker.
3 Staunch
Defenders : Comes into play gaining more life, and a bigger blocker.

3 Angel
of Mercy : Comes into play gaining life, has flying so it can go on
the offensive, and can also block if needed.

3 Ancestor's
Chosen : Great in late game when most of your blockers have died, and
a good finisher.
4 Defender
en-Vec : Goes with the theme of gaining life. You are basically
gaining back the life you would of lost.
4 Phantom
Flock : Good card to go on the offensive with, and great blocker.
1 Armor
of Faith : Just to combo with Phantom Flock.
1 Blessing
: Pumps up the kill card for speedy kill.
1 Serra's

Ancestor's Chosen.

24 Plains
Some comments on the deck:
First off, I'd just like to say that this deck is build completely from
commons and uncommons.
This deck's strategy is to get out an early moneychanger, and quickly get
the life back. I didn't want to add any life gain, as it dilutes the main
purpose of the deck, which is to gain quick life, and chump block all of
the early creatures. Since most of the creatures will be in the grave in
late game, ancestors chosen gets you massive life, and then goes in for
the kill. Phantom Flock can do that to an extent, but is mainly there for
blocking purposes. --Kh
