With the shrine you can get your stats increased by 1 point or 10 points! It all dpends when you go, so look at this to help you (remember all times in NST, NST clock located at the top right corner of neopets.com homepage). To get you speed up you must go five minutes after the hour, if you want it to go up 10 you must get it exactly on the 5th second of the 5th minute of the hour. Remember: Just one second can screw it up.
