Today was our first day with the Great Wall group (our adoption agency). We met others that were here for the same reason. It is so nice to see others who have been waiting like we have. It is nice to be surrounded by people who are all waiting to see their child. We did Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Great Wall all in one day. The latter two should be a day or more each. The Forbidden City was cool and there were about 10 families who stopped us to take pictures with us and/or our children. Mostly the kids. Abby and Emma are rock stars! Then, add in the fact that they had their Heelys on and everyone was pointing and wanting pictures. Emma and Abby both skated the Square and the Forbidden City. My little skater chicks!
![]() The Wall was very tough. Emma and I made it to the top. Emma actually was going so fast she actually walked up with another family. I was second and about 15 minutes later. She was so fast.
![]() Abby made it to "Station 5" along with Amy, and they ran out of time. They could have made it all the way up but we had to go back to the bus.

![]() TOMORROW is the big day! We are traveling with 8 families and all of the babies are in foster care. The babies are being brought to the orphanage tomorrow morning, then on a two hour bus ride, then given to us. It is a big day for them as they will change hands twice, ride in a bus for 2 hours and meet their sisters. We should get the baby at 3:00pm tomorrow, so next time you get a note it should have pictures of Olivia! We are so excited and want to thank you for all of your support. The e-mails you send are so nice and positive. We also have been feeling the prayers you have been sending us.
