Last night it happened. Olivia got sick. She puked every hour on the hour for about 6 hours. I was nervous and our guide suggested taking her to the doctor. The White Swan (our hotel) has one on staff. It was very interesting.

The nurse was the translator and we went through the exam. Nothing was wrong with her but she was starting to get dehydrated. They prescribed some "meds" to help her. They took three types of pills and ground them into a powder. Then they gave me some Benadryl and some Pedialyte. I was to dump the ground up pills into some liquid. Let me tell you this....it fixed her right up!

So we hung out today while Amy, Abby and Olivia went shopping. BAM, she sure knows what she wants and she got it, too! Pictures, LOTS of squeaky shoes, and other stuff. But she was not the only one. I got some stuff, too. A tea service, suitcase to bring it all back, and I found a sword but I have to think about that one.

Amy, Abby and Emma went on a tour today. It was nice and it included the pearl market, a temple, and the jade market.
