LaRue County coach Paul Childress started the following lineup: 6-1 Jr. Carson Childress, 6-1 Jr. Luke Trumbo, 6-6 So. Cutter Boley, 5-9 Jr. Caden Davis, and 6-0 Jr. Jaxson Thomas.  South Oldham coach Steve Simpson countered with 6-3 Sr. Alex King, 6-3 Sr. Murphy Couvillion, 6-6 Sr. Ben Michel, 5-10 Jr. Tate Holbrook, and 6-2 So. Christian Viers.

 

South Oldham defeated LaRue County by the score of 76-72.  The score was tied seven times and there were seven lead changes in the game.  South Oldham shot 48.4% from the field including 10 of 35 from the three point line.  The Dragons connected on six of eight free throws, pulls down 32 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 12 LaRue County turnovers.  LaRue County shot 44.6% from the field including eight of 28 from beyond the arc.  The Hawks connected on six of seven free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 11 South Oldham turnovers.

 

Ben Michel led South Oldham with 27 points including two three point baskets, eight rebounds, and three assists.  Christian Viers added 14 points including three three point baskets, two rebounds, two assists, and three steals.  5-9 Fr. Julian Miles recorded nine points on three three point baskets.

 

Cutter Boley led LaRue County with 25 points, seven rebounds, and three assists.  Carson Childress added 18 points including four three point baskets, six rebounds, and three assists.  Luke Trumbo recorded 16 points including two three point baskets and seven rebounds.  6-4 So. Daniel Allen chipped in with 11 points and seven rebounds.

Olivia Tierney led Great Crossing with 12 points and six rebounds.  Rachel Smith added 12 points including two three point baskets, and five rebounds.  5-8 Sr. Leilia Custard recorded nine points.  Timothi Williams chipped in with eight points, 10 rebounds, five assists, and one steal.  Kennedy Harrison added four points, 16 rebounds, and three steals.

 

Laiken Hardin led Bourbon County with 14 points including two three point baskets and three rebounds.  Caylie Baker added 10 points, three rebounds, and two steals.  Bethany Simpson recorded seven points and nine rebounds.  Morgan Howell chipped in with four points, eight rebounds, and three blocked shots.
