Scott County coach Tim Glenn started the following lineup: 6-2 Sr. Isaiah Haynes, 6-1 Sr. Jeremy Hamilton, 6-4 Jr. Nick Mosby, 5-8 Jr. JZ Middleton, and 6-1 Jr. Micah Glenn.  Great Crossing coach Steve Page countered with 6-6 So. Jeremiah Godfrey, 6-5 Fr. Vince Dawson III, 6-10 Fr. Malachi Moreno, 5-11 Sr. Carson Walls, and 5-9 Fr. Junius Burrell. 

 

Great Crossing defeated Scott County by the score of 68-53.  There were four lead changes and two ties in this game.  Great Crossing shot 55.3% from the field including seven of eight from the three point line.  The Warhawks connected on 19 of 30 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 11 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 35.5% from the field including six of 23 from beyond the arc.  The Cardinals connected on three of seven free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored eight points off 16 Great Crossing turnovers.

 

Junius Burrell led Great Crossing with 20 points including nine of 12 free throws, three rebounds, two assists, and two steals.  Vince Dawson III added 13 points, three assists, and three steals.  6-3 Fr. Gage Richardson recorded 11 points including two three point baskets.  Malachi Moreno pulled down 11 rebounds and blocked three shots.

 

Nick Mosby led Scott County with 14 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Isaiah Haynes added 14 points and three rebounds.  Micah Glenn recorded 13 points and four rebounds.  JZ Middleton chipped in with six points on two three point baskets, three rebounds, two assists, and three steals.  Jeremy Hamilton pulled down seven rebounds.
