The Steering Committee is the governing body of CAPAY. It is composed of 13 to 16 youth from all over Boston. The Steering Committee Members head 4 distinct subgroups, P & P, PR, Communications and the Symposium Subcommittee. Each subcommittee is responsible for a certain aspect of CAPAY's operations. The SC, also approves the monthly budget, designs workshops, organizes the Symposium and etc.
