Advisor Black
This man is second in command of the entire Red Ribbon Army and Supreme Commander Red's trusted advisor. He is a very strong fighter, but he is not cocky. This is clear when he knows better than to take on Tao Pie Pie, whereas General Blue does not. He is very loyal to Supreme Commander Red, but even more so to the Red Ribbon Army itself, and goes as far to kill Supreme Commander Red, saying "You are not competent to be Supreme Commander". He then plans on rebuilding the Red Ribbon Army, but he is killed by Goku.

According to Master Roshi, Akkuman used to be Uranai Baba's right hand man, until Son Gohan. He is a powerful fighter who has twice won the Tenkaichi Budoukai. However he proves no match for the pure hearted Son Goku, who beats him with ease.
Android #8

A finalist of the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai. He is not very physically strong but his real strength lies in his powerful order. This was developed by Bacterian by never taking a bath in his whole life! His opponent then pinches their nostrils, allowing Bacterian the chance to attack. This was entitled "Stink-Fu" by Yamcha.
Bora
Bora is a very powerful fighter who has sworn his life to protect Korin Tower and the surronding land, just as generations have done before him. Chou-zu
Chou-zu is actually an emperor (although of where I'm not sure). His is guarded by Tenshinhan, his best friend. Although his impressive array of telekinetic and psychokinetic power could keep anyone at bay. Kuririn tell Goku to fetch Master Roshi and Bulma and after Kuririn pulls Bulma's top down Master Roshi has a nose bleed all over the Invisible Man. Yamcha can now se his opponent and finishes him off.
Jackie Chun
This is the persona that Master Roshi adopts for the 21st and 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai. He does it to teach Goku and Kuririn that they still have much to learn. He defeats Goku in the 21st Tournament to become champion, but loses to Tenshinhan in the 22nd. He created horror and suffering wherever he went, until hundreds of years ago he was sealed in a jar by Master Roshi's master, Mutatio and his Mafuba technique. He was later released by Pilaf, who wanted him to kill Goku. But Pilaf was double crossed when Piccolo used the Dragonballs to wish for eternal youth.
