Duncan Ferguson has so much of a footballing history I could make an entire website based on him.

Duncan first joined the Blues in 1994 after earlier spells at scottish sides Dundee United and Glasgow Rangers. During his time on Merseyside he became the idol of the Goodison crowd before being sold to Newcastle in November 1998. After his sale Evertonians were shocked, Many Everton fans raged their anger at the board, some at the manager. It was so upseting as Duncan didn't wan't to leave, as he loved the club so much, he proves this by having a Everton logo tatoo on his arm.

However, after a disappointing time in the North-East, with Newcastle, Evertons Deputy Chairman Bill Kenwright plotted to bring back the hero of the Gwladys Street to what he termed his 'rightful home'. this came as a absolute delight to Everton fans across the world.

After negotiations Duncan made his Merseyside return on 17th August 2000 to the thrill of hundreds of supporters who camped outside Goodison Park just to catch a glimpse of their hero.

Duncan is a tall (over 6ft), quick and physically strong centre-forward. Duncan is so quick and strong defenders do not like playing against him. together with a superb first touch makes him one of the Premierships most feared players.
