Peter has been in action in the 2001-2002 season for Everton's first team after he first broke into the side in January 2001.

He has captained England's under-18 side and has progressed at club level from his early days in Everton's Youth Academy

His height gives him the ability to cause havoc in opposition penalty areas and he used this to good effect as he helped the Everton reserve team to the FA Premier Reserve League Championship in 2001-2002. Peter re-affirmed his commitment to Everton by signing a new deal that will keep him at the club until 2004.
