Henry Clay coach Ashley Garrard started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Jamya Smith, 5-8 So. Lydia VanMeter, 5-11 Sr. Kennedy Williams, 5-2 Fr. Ariyana Sutton, and 5-7 So. Allison Stone.  Bryan Station coach Serena Sandusky countered with 5-10 Sr. Tania Woodall, 5-11 So. Victory Sledge, 5-11 So. Kailyn Gentry, 5-6 Jr. Emily Gomez, and 5-6 Jr. Makari Murphy. 

 

Bryan Station defeated Henry Clay by the score of 70-67.  There were five lead changes and eight ties in the game.  Bryan Station shot 39.1% from the field including three of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Defenders connected on 17 of 28 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 32 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 45.1% from the field including three of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on 18 of 31 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 24 Bryan Station turnovers.

 

Tania Woodall led Bryan Station with 24 points including eight of 10 free throws, five rebounds, two assists, and four steals.  5-8 Fr. Jailenn Green added 11 points including seven of nine free throws.  Kailyn Gentry recorded 10 points and six rebounds.  Emily Gomez chipped in with 10 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, four assists, and six steals.  Makari Murphy recorded nine points, 11 rebounds, and two steals.

 

Kennedy Williams led Henry Clay with 18 points, 13 rebounds, three assists, and three blocked shots.  5-6 So. Timarri Miller added 16 points, six rebounds, two assists, three blocked shots, and two steals.  Allison Stone recorded 14 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and six steals.  Ariyana Sutton chipped in with nine points, three rebounds, and three steals.
