And I especially beseech everyone to remain calm in this time of adversity. Please do not take out your fears and frustrations on the Middle Eastern community. While it remains unclear as to whom carried out the attacks, it does not do well to simply jump the gun and retailate in a harsh manner. Not every Arab is an Islamic fanatic, just as not every Arab is a Muslim.

That said, until we have sufficient evidence of whoever is behind the attacks, no one group can be blamed for this attack. I understand the need for retaliation, and believe me, I would certainly love to see these bastards hanged for this. But this does not give you the right to demand revenge. Justice needs to be served, not revenge.

When images of Palestinian children dancing jubilantly to the news of yesterdays crash flash upon the screen ... I too share your disgust. But do not think that this means the Palestinians feel actual joy at this sorrowful event. They don't. Living in terror for years have hardened their souls, and they have become more desensitized to the rest of the world's suffering. Is it their fault for being so? No. We cannot blame them for our own mistakes. We need to move on and not waste our energies in formulating revenge. We need to find the murderers and demand swift justice.

My prayers goes out to all who has lost a loved one. Stay safe.
