A gifted art student, Justin was hit by a car in an accident. He looses his ability to draw because of it. The accident gave him the ability of telekinesis. Now he went back to Smallville to find the person responsible. Clark and Chloe had a fight because Clark always spends time with Lana and forgets to sign them up in a trip to Metropolis. Chloe then hooked up with Justin and this makes Clark jealous. Later, Chloe found out about Justin's special powers.

Soon he found out who owns the car that hit him. It was Principal Kwan's car. He went to Kwans house and there get his revenge by killing him. Unfortunately, Kwan wasn't the one driving his car when the accident happened, it was his son who hit Justin. The next day, Justin didn't go to school so Chloe went to his house to visit him. While Chloe was in his room waiting for him, she read his recent comic art work and it reveals that Justin killed Kwan. Now she must get out of there before Justin finds out that she knows his secret. Chloe called Clark at the Talon and told him that Justin is responsible for killing principal Kwan. Justin now wants to eliminate Chloe but Clark was there to save her. Whitney's dad also passed away in this episode. Lana Lang (Kristin Kreuk) is jealous seeing Clark and Chloe holding hands at the Talon.
