In Kristen's Kitchen the food is lowfat and still delicious!

Welcome to Kristen's Kitchen!

    Kristen creates many of her own recipes... she doesn't use a cookbook very often. When I asked for some of her recipes to include here, she just sat down and wrote them. She obviously inherited such talent from her Nana!
Kristen uses mainly pasta, seafood, and chicken in her main dishes. She rarely eats any kind of meat, especially pork or ham.

This is partly because eating a healthy, lowfat diet is something she does everyday, but there's also another reason....
Kristen once owned and loved a cute, fat, little pot-bellied pig named Wilbur, who eventually became too big and too bad to live with them. Wilbur moved to a farm to live with another pot-bellied pig named Sabrina. But, because of Wilbur... pork products will never be part of Kristen's diet!!!
