- 1 can (6-1/2 oz.) tuna in water - drained
- 8 oz. wide egg noodles - cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all the ingredients together - except the shredded cheddar cheese. Place the mixture in a greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 20
minutes. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and bake for 10 more minutes or
until the cheese is melted.
