- 1 - 8oz. pkg. crescent rolls (reduced fat)
- 1 - 8oz. pkg fat free or lowfat cream cheese, softened at room temperature.
- 1/3 cup sugar
- fresh fruit - about 1 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, sliced kiwi fruit, grapes, or other friut and berries,
according to seasonal availability - 3
or 4 different kinds.
Spread the crescent roll dough on a 12" to 13" pizza pan, pinching the seams together. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes. Place on a wire rack and cool the crust completely. Blend the cream cheese and sugar together. Spread the mixture over the baked crust. Arrange the fresh fruit on top in circular rows. Chill before serving.
