The beach of Lino is situated a few kilometers away from the capital of the island, Skyros Chora. You can see it lying on the side of the road when you drive towards the village and the beach of Aspous which is located 5 kilometers south of Skyros Chora. Lino beach is split into two or three parts by a number of rocks that divide the beach. It is a sandy beach with sand, coarse sand, some pebbles and a few boulders. At the beginning of the sea there are some pebbles, but after that the sea floor changes into sand again. On the beach there is a beach bar called Happy Wave, but I have not seen any facilities (no sunbeds and no umbrellas). It was very quiet there and in May 2018 when we were there the beach bar was closed. Next to the beach are some strange rocks with round holes in it. They look like sculptures.
