This is a listing of some of the most commonly used essential oils along with a brief description of their effects on mind and spirit.
I will be (slowly but surely!) creating links to a more in depth description, along with main uses, of each as well as history and description of aromatherapy in general.
I have completed studies to become a Certified Aromatologist (further studies required to become a Registered Therapist). I hope to do my best in providing information on this subject for those interested. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to write. If I cannot provide the answer(s) myself, I will do my best to steer you in the right direction.
