SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT -- Please be aware that MCRA, under an approved reorganization plan, reduced the number of its regular monthly meetings to FOUR: APRIL, MAY, SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER. Regular monthly meetings are no longer held in MARCH or NOVEMBER. .
