Winners will be determined by a distinguished panel of judges who shall remain annonymous. All decisions are final and not open to scrutiny. Prizes will be awarded at the MCRA's Holiday Party in December 2016 after everyone leaves. All questions regarding this arrangement should be addressed to Joan O'Grady at the MCRA's next meeting which will be held in China on the 12th of never.
