Hi! Today was the day our adoption was finalized in China! As far as the Chinese government is concerned Sadena is all ours. No turning back!
One cool chick!
We started off at the hotel breakfast bar and our girl can eat! She had watermelon, eggs, rice and fried noodles for breakfast!
Noodles are fun!
We then headed to the offices for the paperwork signing to say we accept Sadena as our daughter. They asked us if after the night we were satisfied?!? Of course!! I do not think you could pry her away from us!

After that we headed to Wal-Mart although it was much smaller here. In fact, we were hoping to buy Sadena some shoes and they sold no small sizes. Oh well. I guess she will have to wear the pair she came in until we get to the White Swan.
We came back to the room and rested for a little while...

... and this evening we went to the famous dumpling restaurant across the street from our hotel. We had the dumpling feast which our guide said is very special. The dumplings are formed into the shapes of what is inside. For instance, there was a walnut-shaped dumpling with walnut filling. Very good and amazingly I tried them! The dumpling feast was 150 Yuan per person! This is VERY expensive here, the whole meal including the tip was 320 Yuan - approximately 44 USD.
Happy family after the dumpling feast!
We are now back to the room and everyone is bathed and in our PJs. Sadena is lying on the bed playing with her stacking cups and I think we will go to bed soon... it is 8:00pm and we are exhausted! Enjoy the smiling pics!
