Hello! Today we will call this day, "Daddy Day!" YEAH! Let's start at the beginning, shall we?...
... This morning I woke up and the sun was shining into the room and I rolled over and checked the time and it was 7:00am. Sadena was still asleep in the crib! She woke up around 7:15 and played in her crib for about 20 minutes and then started fussing and wanted out. We got up and started getting ready for the day and all was the same. We headed to breakfast with Mike pushing the stroller and when breakfast was over Mike picked her up from her high chair and no crying! He proceeded to carry her to the lobby where we met the other family to get her visa photo and medical exam.

He carried her for the 5 minute walk. She took her picture, then back to Daddy's arms, then to the medical exam where she remained with Daddy and then fell asleep in his arms when it was over.

Back to the room for a nap and when she woke up... more playing with Daddy! My back is LOVING it!
When she woke up we took her to the playground for a few minutes but it was hot...

... so we headed to the indoor playroom and then decided to try the pool.

After a shower it was 4:00pm and she was getting cranky. She had a banana and then was ready for a nap... not this late in the day or no sleeping tonight! We made it our mission to make it until 8:00pm before sleeping. We headed downstairs for a drink then she was acting hungry so we headed to Lucy's for dinner. She had her other favorite, scrambled eggs, and ate the whole bowl along with a couple of French fries! I bet there were 2-3 eggs in it! She is a good eater. Oh yeah, at the physical she weighed around 21 pounds, with her dress on.
After dinner she was real tired and we had 2 hours to go so off to the playroom. Well, she chased her daddy all around the room and played with all the toys! Next thing we knew it was 8:30. Off to the room we went where she got into her pjs, laid her down with her bottle and she fell asleep in the crib without even finishing the bottle. Let's hope she sleeps all night again!
Tomorrow our guide takes all of our paperwork to the U.S. Consulate and we have the day to ourselves. The other family in our group will be going out shopping in the afternoon and depending on how the day goes, I may go with them for a little while.
On a side note please say a prayer for me as I am starting to feel a little run down. Tonight my throat is beginning to really bother me and I just do not feel well. If I am not feeling better in the morning I may start some antibiotics.
