South Oldham coach Steve Simpson started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Alex King, 6-3 Sr. Murphy Couvillion, 6-6 Sr. Ben Michel, 5-10 Jr. Tate Holbrook, and 6-2 So. Christian Viers.  Seneca coach Josh Leslie countered with 6-3 Sr. Jordan Harrison, 6-0 Jr. Joshua Lewis, 6-4 Jr. Elijah Price, 5-10 Sr. Darian Floyd, and 5-10 Sr. Delshawn Simms.

 

Seneca defeated South Oldham by the score of 65-54.  Seneca shot 59.6% from the field including four of 13 from the three point line.  The Redhawks connected on five of nine free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 23 South Oldham turnovers.  South Oldham shot 37% from the field including five of 24 from beyond the arc.  The Dragons connected on 15 of 18 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 17 Seneca turnovers.

 

Delshawn Simms led Seneca with 16 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, nine assists, and four steals.  Elijah Price added 16 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, and five steals.  Joshua Lewis recorded 12 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals.  Jordan Harrison chipped in with 12 points.

 

Ben Michel led South Oldham with 14 points including seven of eight free throws, eight rebounds, two assists, and two steals.  Tate Holbrook added 11 points.  5-9 Fr. Julian Miles chipped in with seven points and 6-1 Jr. Joe Downs pulled down 11 rebounds.

LaRue County defeated Lexington Christian Academy by the score of 66-58.  LaRue County shot 37.2% from the field including seven of 26 from the three point line.  The Hawks connected on 27 of 32 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 16 LCA turnovers.  LCA shot 51.2% from the field including six of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on 10 of 11 free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 12 LaRue County turnovers.

 

Jaxson Thomas led LaRue County with 22 points including seven of eight free throws, five rebounds, two assists, and six steals.  Paul Childress added 17 points including four three point baskets, five of six free throws, and three rebounds.  Luke Trumbo recorded nine points, seven rebounds, and three assists.  Caden Davis chipped in with nine points, three rebounds, and two steals. 

 

Tyler Hall led LCA with 17 points including two three point baskets, three of three free throws, and four rebounds.  Andersen Green added 15 points including three three point baskets, three rebounds, and two assists.  6-0 So. Madison Southern trailed 35-26 at halftime but rallied for a 68-59 victory over Frankfort.  There were eight lead changes and five ties in this game.  Madison Southern shot 46.9% from the field including 10 of 27 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 12 of 20 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored nine points off 10 Frankfort turnovers.  Frankfort shot 44% from the field including eight of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Panthers connected on seven of 12 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 15 points off nine Madison Southern turnovers.

 

Jay Rose led Madison Southern with 31 points including six three point baskets, five of six free throws, seven rebounds, and three assists.  Brett Erslan added eight points, three rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Nate Turner recorded seven points, three rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Braden Hudson chipped in with five points, nine rebounds, and three assists.

Daniel Waters led West Jessamine with 30 points including two three point baskets, six of nine free throws, six rebounds, and four steals.  Brett Bush added 18 points including four three point baskets and four rebounds.  Gavin Salva recorded eight points, 11 rebounds, and four assists.  Drew Marshall chipped in with six points, nine rebounds, and four assists.

 

6-3 Jr. Tyler Hall led LCA with 20 points, eight rebounds, and four assists.  Brayden Mirus added 12 points including two three point baskets, and three rebounds.  Andersen Green recorded 12 points and three rebounds.  6-0 Jr. Connor Martin chipped in with nine points, four rebounds, and two steals.
