Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. Marques Warrick, 6-1 Sr. Keaston Brown, 6-4 Sr. Harris Hawkins, 5-10 Sr. Scott Hersey, and 5-10 Sr. Ramond Jackson. Woodford County coach Ryan Wilson countered with 6-1 Sr. Corey George, 6-1 Sr. Brandon Cromwell, 6-2 So. Hunter Penn, 5-8 Jr. Anthony Tabor, and 5-8 Sr. Benjamin Nash.
Henry Clay outscored Woodford County 24-17 in the third quarter on their way to a 70-60 victory over the Yellow Jackets. The score was tied four times and there were 10 lead changes in the game. Ramond Jackson recorded 12 points including eight of nine free throws, seven rebounds, and four steals. 5-11 Sr. Mayan White chipped in with 10 points.
Anthony Tabor led Woodford County with 16 points. Hunter Penn added 14 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and four steals. Benjamin Nash recorded 12 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and three assists. Corey George added seven points and eight rebounds.
