Mercy Academy defeated Male by a score of 73-67.  Mercy Academy shot 38.2% from the field including five of 12 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on 26 of 34 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored four points off nine Male turnovers.  Male shot 38.9% from the field including three of 14 from beyond the arc.  They connected on 12 of 19 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 13 Mercy Academy turnovers.

TaZiah Jenks led Mercy Academy with 29 points including 11 of 15 free throws, pulled down seven rebounds, and blocked two shots.  Hope Sivori added 24 points including four three point baskets, six of six free throws, and five rebounds.  Jalyn Shorter chipped in with seven points and seven rebounds.  Paige Taylor pulled down eight rebounds.

Lexington Christian Academy defeated Tates Creek by a score of 65-61.  The score was tied twice and there were four lead changes in the game.  LCA shot 50% from the field including seven of 21 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 18 of 28 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 14 Tates Creek turnovers.  Tates Creek shot 60% from the field including six of nine from beyond the arc.  The Commodores connected on 13 of 19 free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 10 LCA turnovers.

The third quarter proved to be the downfall for Garrard County as Madison Central outscored the Golden Lions 22-6 in the quarter on their way to a 60-42 victory.  The score was tied four times and there were five lead changes in the game.  Madison Central shot 41.8% from the field including six of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on eight of 12 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 29 Garrard County turnovers.  Garrard County shot 29.5% from the field including seven of 23 from beyond the arc.  The Golden Lions connected on nine of 22 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 23 Madison Central turnovers.

Scott County pulled away in the final quarter to defeat Henry Clay by a score of 88-66.  Scott County shot 52.8% from the field including 14 of 26 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 18 of 22 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 19 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 48.9% from the field including 10 of 24 from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on 12 of 16 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 12 points off eight Scott County turnovers.

Glenn Covington recorded a career high and led Scott County with 33 points including seven three point baskets, three rebounds, five assists, and two steals.  Covington was 10 of 15 from the field including seven of 11 from beyond the arc, and six of six free throws.  Terrin Hamilton added 16 points, nine rebounds, two assists, three blocked shots, and four steals.  Bryce Long recorded 13 points including three three point baskets.  Daiblo Stewart and 5-9 Sr. Cam Fluker each recorded 11 points and four assists.
