Clay County defeated Bell County by a score of 47-40. Clay County shot 33.3% from the field including six of 26 from the three point line. The Lady Tigers connected on 11 of 18 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and committed nine turnovers. Bell County shot 21.9% from the field including five of 19 from beyond the arc. They connected on 15 of 23 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and committed 13 turnovers.
5-9 Jr. Kaylee Mathis led Clay County with 23 points including 10 of 15 free throws, six rebounds, and two steals. 5-7 Fr. Courtney Jones added six points on two three point baskets. 5-10 8th Grade Clara Collins also scored six points and pulled down four rebounds. 5-8 Sr. Shelby Phillips added three points and nine rebounds. 5-6 Sr. Kimberlyn Mills recorded four points and nine rebounds.
5-5 Fr. Ashtyn Meyers led Bell County with 16 points. 5-9 Jr. Abby Harris added 10 points. 5-9 Sr. Brea Browning recorded six points and 12 rebounds. 5-8 Sr. Mackenzie Griffin added five points and 14 rebounds.
