Elizabethtown coach Tim Mudd started the following lineup: 6-1 So. Erin Boley, 5-9 Jr. Livie Bowling, 6-2 Jr. Reauna Cleaver,5-5 So. Rachel Warden, and 5-8 Jr. Darien Huff. Meade County coach Josh Hurt countered with 6-2 Jr. Morgan Turner, 5-7 Sr. Raley Johnson, 6-1 So. Karissa Reader, 5-2 Sr. Katelyn Cucino, and 5-6 Jr. Addi Lynch.
Elizabethtown raced out to a 40-16 halftime lead on their way to an 80-46 victory over Meade County. Elizabethtown shot 46.4% from the field including three of 10 from the three point line. The Lady Panthers connected on 25 of 36 free throws, pulled down 48 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 16 Meade County turnovers. Meade County shot 32.6% from the field including nine of 20 from beyond the arc. The Lady Waves connected on seven of 17 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and did not score on eight Elizabethtown turnovers.
Erin Boley led Elizabethtown with 26 points including 12 of 13 free throws, and pulled down eight rebounds. Reauna Cleaver added 10 points and eight rebounds. 5-7 Fr. Jada Stinson also scored 10 points. 5-10 Fr. Taylor Thomas added nine points and nine rebounds. Livie Bowling also scored nine points.
Morgan Turner led Meade County with 19 points and six rebounds. Raley Johnson added 13 points including three three point baskets. Katelyn Cucino chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets.
