Mercy Academy coach Nick Cann started the following lineup: 6-1 Jr. Emma Barnett, 5-10 Jr. Mary Smith, 6-2 Fr. Leah Macy, 5-5 Fr. Alyssa Murphy, and 5-5 Sr. Gracie Helm.  Cooper coach Justin Holthaus countered with 6-1 So. Bella Deere, 6-0 So. Logan Luebbers Palmer, 6-2 Jr. Whitney Lind, 5-8 So. Maleah Alexander, and 5-10 So. Liz Freihofer.

Mercy Academy defeated Cooper by the score of 51-40.  The score was tied five times and there were four lead changes in the game.  Mercy Academy shot 38.3% from the field including seven of 23 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored three points off 11 Cooper turnovers.  Cooper shot 26.9% from the field including four of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Jaguars connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored six points off eight Mercy Academy turnovers.

Leah Macy led Mercy Academy with 20 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, two blocked shots, and four steals.  Alyssa Murphy added 12 points including two three point baskets, four of four free throws, three rebounds, two assists, and two steals.  Emma Barnett recorded nine points and eight rebounds.  Gracie Helm chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets.

Liz Freihofer led Cooper with 14 points including two three point baskets, and 10 rebounds.  Whitney Lind added 12 points and nine rebounds.  Logan Luebbers Palmer recorded seven points, five rebounds, and two steals.
