Garrard County coach Brandon Cooper started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. Ethan Cooper, 6-1 Jr. Austin Adams, 6-6 Jr. Mason Sulla, 5-9 Fr. Montavin Quisenberry, and 6-0 Sr. Matthew Wall.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Ted Hall countered with 6-1 Sr. Jack Preston, 6-1 Fr. Andersen Green, 6-3 Sr. Tyler Hall, 5-10 Fr. Hagan Preston, and 6-0 So. Brayden Mirus.

Garrard County led 34-20 in the third quarter and withstood a late Lexington Christian Academy rally to earn a 59-56 victory over the Eagles.  Garrard County shot 50% from the field including six of 18 from the three point line.  The Golden Lions connected on nine of 15 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 17 points off nine LCA turnovers.  LCA shot 40.8% from the field including nine of 20 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on seven of 13 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 12 Garrard County turnovers.

Montavin Quisenberry led Garrard County with 15 points including five of seven free throws, three rebounds, and four assists.  Ethan Cooper added 14 points including three three point baskets and seven assists.  Mason Sulla recorded 12 points, seven rebounds, and two assists.  Matthew Wall chipped in with eight points including two three point baskets and eight rebounds.

6-0 Jr. Connor Martin led LCA with 18 points on six three point baskets and five rebounds.  Brayden Mirus added 13 points.  Andersen Green recorded eight points including two three point baskets and five rebounds.  6-4 Sr. Pierce Ragland chipped in with six points, three rebounds, and two assists.
