East Jessamine coach Jacqueline Coleman started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Maddie Haney, 5-9 Fr. Emma Young, 5-10 So. Emilie Hatfield, 5-7 So. Sarah Rainwater, and 5-5 Jr. Madison Stollings.  Sayre coach Scotty Sutton countered with 5-6 8^th grade Sydney Strup, 5-5 Fr. Jesse Klus, 6-3 So. Gabby Bowie, 5-6 Jr. Hadyn White, and 5-8 Jr. Molly Manella.

East Jessamine scored 28 points off 22 Sayre turnovers in a 52-39 victory.  East Jessamine shot 40.4% from the field including four of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Jaguars connected on six of nine free throws and pulled down 26 rebounds.  Sayre shot 40% from the field including zero of one from beyond the arc.  The Lady Spartans connected on seven of seven free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored four points off 11 East Jessamine turnovers.

Emma Young led East Jessamine with 17 points, six assists, and four steals.  Sarah Rainwater added 14 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and four steals.

Gabby Bowie led Sayre with 27 points, 10 rebounds, and five blocked shots.  Bowie was 12 of 19 from the field and three of five from the free throw line.  Hadyn White added six points and Molly Manella recorded four points, seven rebounds, and three assists.
