Loch Luichart
Loch Luichart
is
situated to the west of Inverness head on the A9 north to Tore roundabout then
second on left take the A835 to Maryburgh then second on the left again still
follow the A835 for about 12 miles take a left to Achnasheen on the A832 for
about 5 miles till you come to Luichart village keep going until you pass the
station sign and there will be a car park on your left. There is is a
clearing through the trees take this cross two burns till you come to the
railway line NOW YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE HERE
AS YOU HAVE TO CROSS A RAILWAY BRIDGE once
crossed head down to the left be a bit of a struggle climbing down and
that's you there. Only problem here is sometimes there's water in it sometimes
there's not as it is a Hydro Dam and they do let it out so if no water keep
walking around the bay till you reach water. Beware it is very
boggy in some
parts so watch where your putting your feet.

Loch Nan Geadas
Loch Nan Geadas is situated to the south of
Inverness, you take the B862 head south to you reach Dores the road branches to
the left stay on the B862 for about 3 miles till you come to a cattle grid then
look to your left side then you will see a nice inlet bay there to fish make
sure you bring your wellie's as it's boggy in parts.

Loch Cluanie
Loch Cluanie
is situated to the south
of Inverness, from Inverness take the A82 to Invermoriston which is roughly 30
miles, then take the A887 for about 20 miles go past the Dam wall for a bout 2
miles and to the left will be a bay drive to the end and there's a car park
there with not a far walk to it remember your wellie's rather wet banking.

Loch Garve.
Loch Garve
is situated to the west
of Inverness head on the A9 north to Tore roundabout then second on left take
the A835 to Maryburgh then second on the left again still follow the A835 for
about 10 miles and Loch Garve will be on your right hand side.

Loch Ceo Glais
Loch Ceo Glais
is situated to the south of Inverness, you take the B862 head south to Dores the
road branches to the left stay on the B862 for about 3 miles till you come to a
cattle grid then look to your left side then you will see Loch Duntelchaig and a
small Loch called Nan Geadas stay on this road for a few more miles then you
shall appear at Loch Ceo Glais on the left, my friends and I have fished it a
few times but with no success.
