INTRODUCTION1. Prepare for a right Bil Sao (thrusting arm block). Side step with your left foot, placing it behind your right foot to form a T-stance. Execute right Bil Sao. 2. Execute a right front kick with the whole foot. Pull back your right foot, but keep your right knee raised in preparation for a low side kick. 3. Execute a right low side kick with the heel of the foot. Step down with your right foot, placing it in front of your left foot to form a T-stance whilst simultaneously prepare for a right Low Bong Sao. 4. Take a half step to the left. Execute a right Low Bong Sao. 5. Take another half step to the left and execute another right Low Bong Sao. |
6. Take one more half step to the right and execute a 3rd right Low Bong Sao. 7. Face 45 degrees to the left and place your left palm over your right palm. 8. Rotate your palm anticlockwise to place your right palm over your left palm and step forward with your right foot as you prepare for a Po Pai Jeung (double palm strike). 9. Execute a double palm strike by striking first with the right vertical strike and then following immediately with the left downward palm strike. 10. Execute double Huen Sao. Clench both fists and pull back both fists alongside your body. 11. Bring your right foot back close to your left foot then across to assume a neutral stance. 12. Swing your left foot across towards your right foot and swing your left foot out in a circular path to assume a neutral stance. 13. Switch to a left neutral side stance and prepare for a left Gum Sao (push down block) by bringing your open right hand to chest level. Execute the left Gum Sao. 14. Prepare for a right Gum Sao. Switch to a right neutral side stance and execute a right Gum Sao. 15. Prepare for a left Gum Sao. Switch to a left neutral side stance and execute left Gum Sao. 16. Switch to a neutral stance and execute a left punch, then right and finally left punch leaving your right fist out. 17. Execute double Tan Sao then Huen Sao.
